I bought a pair of converse all star high tops and could immediately tell they were fake as they were too bright and the logo patch was badly stitched. When I held them next to my other pair of the same size (bought from Converse) they were around 4cm bigger.

They did refund quickly, however this cost me 9.95, I paid for tracking as I didn’t trust a company which sells fake shoes. They don’t give you a QR code like most companies, you have to pay to return/exchange yourself.

Needs reporting to Trading Standards/ASA.

Ordered on Sunday and converse arrived today!

Bought a pair of adidas sambas here last year and was quite suspicious of them however assumed the site was legit due to reviews and payment facilities available (PayPal etc). Upon comparing them to other Samba’s in stores like JD & adidas I realised that they are replicas and not the real deal. Avoid this company at all costs.

I bought some Nike Airmax 270. After 3 weeks of only wearing them a handful of times the colour started fading off the Nike logos and the little Nike logo on the strap started peeling off. Contacted customer support and they completely ignored me. There is a high possibility this company sells replicas as upon comparing the trainers I purchased to my other pairs of Airmax 270 I have there was a few differences you can notice between the pairs. AVOID!!!!!

Recently made a purchase. I was initially worried due to the negative reviews but took my chances. Mike has been super helpful as there was an initial pending payment via PayPal which I managed to sort via them. Mike was quick to let me know that the order was being processed and the items arrived within a few days afterward. Top service and not entirely sure what the negative reviews are about as everything received is legit. Thanks for your prompt service :)

Ordered paid of Addidas OG samba arrived within 48 hours ! Sadly they were too small and re ordered another paid that arrived within 24hrs!
Full refund to be issued on original pair as soon as they receive them on my tracked return.
Quality looks fine and genuine to me , will write another report as soon as my refund is issued

They sell fake sneakers. I bought Samba OG size 8 and the quality is definitely fake. I called their customer service and the guy said that they sell legitimate trainers and approved by some legit company and they get their stocks to a reliable source. Ive sourced my way and did a legit check to Legit Check app and the results are replicas. This company is lying to their customers by saying that they sell legit sneakers. Please avoid them.

I wish I had reviewed Trustpilot before purchasing from this store! I have had exactly the same issue as several people are reporting on here. I ordered some Nike Air Force 1 07 Lx Low Mens Black Trainers from this site. In less than 6 months, the soles of the trainers have disintegrated. At first I thought it was an issue with the trainer, but as I have never had issues with Nike trainers before and having read some of the other reviews, I now think that they may have been fake. I've contacted Exclusive Sports several times for help (I wanted a proof of purchase/invoice so that I could take this up with Nike), but I've had no response. Now seeing other people's reviews/experiences, I think there may be something wrong with this website.

I'm certain the pair of Nike Air Force One trainers I purchased from this company are FAKE - I have had many pairs of of AF1s over the years and they last really well. These have disintegrated after a very small amount of time and have not worn well at all. I am going to report this suspicious activity to PayPal & to Nike. At a glance they looked good so be warned! They were also very heavy compared to an identical pair of real nike trainers. VERY DODGY.

I’ve ordered trainers for my holiday based on their website stating next day delivery. 4 days later I am still waiting and I can’t get hold of anyone. No reply to email either. Now I’m leaving for holiday with no trainers and no money to buy more as I can’t even request a refund. Just AVOID for your own sanity!!!

Would never recommend to anyone, I ordered from this company over a week ago I received the wrong product so I have emailed them asking for help with what steps to take next, included photos. No answer from this company what so ever. Atrocious customer service. Still haven’t received a reply or even a notice that they have received my email, I even submitted one through the contact us part on the website.

I would avoid Exclusive Sports completely. Product is counterfeit and customer service is awful.

Ordered a pair of adidas samba OG in a UK8. I received a UK7 which weren’t even showing as a size in stock, I contacted the company via the email address on their website asking for a return authorisation and to confirm whether they did actually have a UK8 in stock before I placed a further order.

I received no reply to the email therefore contacted them via the contact form on the website - again no reply!

I have had to sell the pair of size 7 trainers on Vinted and bought the correct size directly from adidas. Would not recommend the company and will not use them again!
