Extremely happy with customer service
Extremely happy with customer service. I omitted my house number on my initial order so contacted them as soon as realising. Within the hour I received a message as the item I had ordered was out of stock (technically issue on the website) I contacted Mike and he was very accommodating. I was going to ask for a refund and shop elsewhere but the service I have received has made me ant to wait patiently until the item comes back into stock.

Accidentally ordered mens trainers instead of womens and emailed to cancel order. Had a rely straight away and order cancelled and refunded.

I purchased an item from their website then received the same item as a gift so had to cancel. I contacted them straight away to cancel and they processed a refund the next working day. Cannot fault. Excellent customer service and would recommend.

Extremely unhappy with the customer service and product. Company refused to accept return of faulty Nike Air force after 30 days of use. Had to contact via Paypal dispute as they never respond to emails.
Company stated it was our fault as trainers were used as school shoes! Never experienced this type of customer service, poor, unfriendly, unhelpful, not contactable. Do not bother as you get zero protection by using paypal.

The worst company I have ever dealt…
The worst company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is a joke. I would never ever purchase from here again or recommend this company to anyone I know. Let me down to the maximum. They do not accept faulty items under the consumer rights act.
I asked for any offers to be made in reply to my contact page query and received nothing in return.

Customer opened a Paypal dispute trying to return the trainers due to damaging them after 57 days of use. We tried our best to come to a fair compromise as a good will gesture but the customer was un willing to cooperate.

Fantastic customer service
After a wait to get my items ( due to issues with Royal Mail not exclusive sports) I was pleased with the goods recieved. I must also say their customer service was great and they were very patient and accomodating when I was upset due to issues beyond their control. Will most definitely buy from here again
