We understand your frustration. Unfortunately, since the United Kingdom officially left the European Union, roaming conditions have changed significantly. This is a situation that goes beyond our service policies and is the result of international agreements and regulations.
At EXCOM, we did everything possible to extend roaming benefits for as long as we could. However, that period has now come to an end, and we are no longer able to offer roaming in the UK under the same conditions as before.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and remain committed to offering the best possible service within the current legal framework.
