Crooks stay away. Andy the owner will rob you for your money

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our Windsor Resort home location. Our Host Andy was very pleasant and helpful with proactive clarity around common issues. Anytime I reached out to him before arrival and even after arrival he normally responded the same day within a couple hours.

Family and I loved enjoyed our stay at this Villa. House has lots of kitchen ware and essentials. Spend a lot of time in the swimming pool and game room, family had a blast. Beautiful house, peaceful and nice neighbor. Our host Andy was Excellent, he responded quick to every message I send him, very helpful and respectful.. Me and my family appreciate you hosting us Andy. Thank you Sir.

We supply travel agents in the UK & Ireland with vacation home rentals in Florida, we work with a number of suupliers, one being Executive Florida Villas and today we had no alternative but to place them on stop sale, Over the past three years we have had so many problems and complaints from guests that we no longer feel it safe to continue working with this company.
They have no interest in guest satisfaction, if a guest has a problem with a property they find it very difficult even contacting them and if they do pick up the phone they do nothing about the complaint for several days.
When a family save for what should be the holiday of a lifetime they do not want to spend hours or days trying to get a problem resolved.
Problems like dirty pools, dirty villas, doors that dont lock, faulty equipment etc. etc. In April 25 I was in orlando and was called to a property that had flooding in the walk in wardrobe and master bedroom. after 2 days of complaining they sent out someone with a hoover to suck up water not fix the problem.
It became obvious the water was coming out of a wall that had electrical sockets and cables making it in my opinion unsafe for the guests to remain in the home, Executive refused to re-locate the guests so I moved them myself at cost to me and Executive refused to refund, this is the second time this has happened.
Executive told the guests they could not do anything with the flooding until they left the property at the end of thier stay??

We have had broken fridges, faulty electrical fittings, they charged $2300 for a new sofa saying the guest had torn it when the gust already had a photo on arrival showing a tear.

I could write a list of guest complaints but the owner Andy Booth has only one interest and that is to keep collecting rental fees and driving around in his open top Bentley.

Honestly this was my first experience renting an Airbnb and my entire family loved it. The place was nice and clean. The gaming room was entertaining for everyone. The only issue we had was we couldn't find the right control for the theater room but there was plenty of televisions we all could watch. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Nicolas came promptly and fixed our air conditioning and a few other things he saw while he was here. Very polite and sorted everything very fast

I made a last minute booking with Andy. It was late but when I arrived to the home there was no running water. I called and was told it was a community problem, however the neighbors had water. I contacted airbnb a but before they talked to the host he send a new address, yes it had water and I accepted this location because it was so late. I contacted him again to explain that I would like compensation because the isn't the home I picked and dont have amenities I has in the other home. He declined my requests but airbnb did a wonderful job holding the host responsible. The house also has a for sale sign in the yard and the gate said we were not registered for that home again I had to place a call. This is my 2nd bad experience with this house and will not have a 3rd. On the positive side the home was nice.

The house was amazing, full of great amenities as well as clean home. The kitchen had everything we needed!! Thank you for making this such a special holiday weekend!!!

We had a lovely stay here. The house is only 20 minutes from the Disney parks which was perfect for our family holiday. The house was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed during our stay. All the bedrooms were spacious with their own bathrooms either as an en-suite or just next door to the room. The kitchen was fully equipped for making our own food with a supermarket near by that has pretty much everything you might need. The pool looks out onto the lake and was the perfect place for us to chill out in between days at the parks. Our host was helpful and responsive with any questions or requests we had.

The house was great for our family celebration , very comfortable, the location is perfect, the resort was amazing for children and adults, the private pool was very nice. Was a great experience. Thanks

Loved our Airbnb in Storey Lake. This was the 2nd year in a row that we booked the exact same house for a cheer competition and we plan on booking it again for next year's competition. The house is convenient to ESPN and all parks. But most of, the house is immaculate and well stocked. Andy is a wonderful host, very responsive!

Our host Andy was friendly and communicative. Our stay at storey lake was amazing. Everything was spotless and felt like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay .

We have just sold our property in Davenport, and would like to give the whole team at Executive Villas Florida a big thank you for looking after it so well over the last ten years, it's very much appreciated.

We stayed at Andy's house (830 paradise drive) and the villa was rght next to the resort entrance and all of the resort amenities. The house was great, super spacious with great themed bedrooms for the kids, huge king size rooms and all of the basics you would need to use. Good location for accessing parks and supermarkets within close reach. Thanks Andy.

We had a great time at the apartment, it's perfectly located, very close to all the parks, easy access, car park by the door and a secure location with pool, it was very clean and well equipped. Recommended.

The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for a family of 6 or more. I have stayed at Airbnb’s in the past and this was the first time where the house was exactly like the pictures.

Andy was a great host and I would definitely book again.

Andy was excellent to deal with. Super fast responding. The house was beautiful and clean. Executive villas were also able to answer any questions I had. Would definitely rent from them again!

We are currently in the holiday home 9282 Sommerset Hills Dr. Davenport from Executive Villas Florida. We have noticed several problems since the beginning. The house is for 16 people and there is only cutlery for 8 people. The walls are very dirty, have holes in many places and hooks for towels are loose or broken. The table tennis table and basketball hoop are broken. There is no outdoor TV.
The towels and bed sheets were dirty, we washed them ourselves.
The biggest problem is that the dishwasher doesn't work and the fridge and freezer don't cool properly.
We complained about this on the first day by email and took photos of everything. Unfortunately, no one is available on the phone number.
We are here for the 4th day today and still no one has addressed the problems. The service is definitely not customer-friendly and that at such a high price.
Accordingly, Executive Villas Florida cannot be recommended at this point in time!
