Ordered over 2 months ago and haven't received my products. Tracking number doesn't work.

SCAM! never received product and ignoring all my emails, do not buy!

Paid, razor never came, tracking from china with no estimated arrival. no answer to emails. This is a scam.

Scam. Still waiting on a refund after waiting a month just for tracking information. DO NOT BUY.

ExfoliLux is a scam. Never received what I paid for in February. All of my emails have been ignored. Do not order anything from this company.

Scam! Waited months to receive the razors, which they blamed on postage. The razors are useless and also from China, not Miami, as was advertised. I didn't even receive the full order of what I paid for and when you try to contact them (countless times) no one responds. Absolutely disgusting.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! It comes from china and after a month and a half, I still have not received a dang thing!!! I have emailed so many times with only one response saying your items are on their way! Never got them. No tracking update except from china to the USA! SCAM!!!!!

Total scam. Wish I would have saw this before purchasing it.

Never arrived and shipped from China not Miami! ABSOLUTE SCAM!

The razor is absolutely useless. My hairs are still all there! However, the worst thing to me is their customer service. Long story short, I received the razor nearly two months after I placed the order, after I was told that I'd have received it within 7 days. I tried to contact the shop via email two times to get a refund and never got a response from them. Don't waste your money and time.

Absolute scam. Their website claims they ship “directly out of Miami” but the tracking number provided clearly shows it’s shipped from China. Make it make sense. I’ve tried emailing multiple times with no response whatsoever. Save your money (and probably your skin)

Scam. I’m so upset I didn’t see this before ordering. They have never shipped anything or responded to any of my emails. I’ll have to report them now to my credit card.

Do not buy from this company!!!

Worst product ever! Left my already sensitive skin red and bleeding after use! Avoid like the plague! I only wish mine had got lost whilst shipping like everyone else’s!

This page is a scam they do not provide purchased goods and have still got instagram ads and scamming people

As you’ve probably read in EVERY SINGLE other review, I ordered the Glide 2.0.. I received an email stating it had shipped. I checked the tracking for about a week and it never stated anything other than “shipper awaiting package.” I reached out a few time by email (their only avenue for ‘support’ and I never received a response. But I received their stupid marketing emails just fine? Long story short, after nearly 1.5 months I contacted my bank and had the charge disputed. Miraculously my order showed up randomly a few days later. They had the audacity to email me and ask me what went wrong. To make matters worse, what I received is NOT what was advertised but a $12 Amazon razor & ten unassuming blades that I absolutely will never use. This website needs to be taken down.

Would leave zero if I could this company is a SCAM. Amazon sells it, so maybe that’s better? It claims shipped from Miami, yet I live 30 minutes away and my package came from china almost 3 months later. I received cheap china blades that didn’t even fit the razor. They say bamboo blades and I ordered the 100 pack, which never came. Thank goodness because would have been the biggest disappointment for an already joke of a company. I emailed them various times with 0 responses AND when I finally was graced with one and responded no email was found. I’m so disgusted with this company I plan on writing the better business bureau because I got 2 razors and “100 pack of blades” for 60 dollars based on false advertising. For reference I dated this when I received the sad excuse of a product and I ordered them February 6.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Paid for this because I needed it - I have super sensitive skin. Never even received the damn product. Tried contacting after 3 weeks (more than enough time to get something from Miami to California) and all I got back was an automated response saying they’d get back to me within 48 hours. They never did. I wanted a refund, never heard one back from them. I hope anyone planning to buy from this place reads these comments first and reconsiders. Terrible.

It is a SCAM.. 71$ for razor.. so stupid of me to order something for that amount without any research.. that how they trap you with Instrgram ads..

I placed an order and never received it. I emailed the company twice requesting my money back. No return email until my credit card company opened a case to get the money back. Suddenly they emailed me and said:
We noticed that you recently opened up a chargeback for your recent order that was placed on 03-09-2024. We’re very sorry to hear that you don’t consider the product you ordered acceptable. It appears you've not yet received your order, so is there any reason you can provide for why it was opened? We look forward to hearing from you and resolving this as soon as possible.

How could I have opened it if I never received it? Do not buy from this company. Do not believe the reviews on social media. It is a scam.
