I had paid for their first month and…

I had paid for their first month and had the amount deducted from my debit card yet Exitlag will not credit me the 30 days on my account. To be fair, I have raised a ticket with their support team and after 2 days, still no response with the account and no credit either. Disappointed.

They don't value customer service.

They don't value customer service.
I'm in the same situation as many of these reviewers, where I was charged for unintended periods.
Upon cancelling, after I was charged, I lost any premium benefits that I already paid for in that period, and I didn't get any money back.
The service didn't provide any improvements, and made my ping/performance worse in every case.

I tried the free subscription about two…

I tried the free subscription about two years ago, and only recently realized that they had been charging me ever since. Apparently, after the free trial ends, you’re automatically moved to the paid subscription without clearly agreeing to it.

On top of that, the product doesn’t even work properly. In my experience, it didn’t improve my connection at all — if anything, my ping often got worse.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend spending your money on this service. Support wont even return like a litte bit even tho i not used this stuff in like 2 years. GG bad Support who does'nt even want to help you.

Please don't waste your money!

Please don't waste your money! First off, if you cancel your subscription, it will continue to bill you for 2 months after that. I tried to cancel it, and it just gave a prompt: "You already have a cancellation request pending" for 2 months! Second, it barely reduces ping in games. It dropped my Fortnite ping with like 3ms and other games too.

Update after reply. I did cancel my subscription in advance months prior. It was a monthly subsrciption and I ended it in December, and I still got billed in February. I did reach out with no replies.

A VPN worth subscribing to

I subscribed to EXITLAG for a year and used it,
and throughout my entire usage, I found it to be an extremely stable and high-performance VPN.
Plus, their support team always communicated with me in a friendly manner and resolved issues whenever problems arose.
I'd definitely recommend this VPN to others.

Great team and service

Great team and service. don’t listen to other negative words. After a week return money because I didn’t get ping I needed in cs. After canceling my ping was 50% higher on European servers. So it does help. Since I’m in Middle East, outside ping is horrible . So will purchase it again just for Europe servers.

Game changer!

I was trying to play valorant and always freezing, couldn't make a smooth move to save my life. But with ExitLag on everything changed and I'm being able to even learn more about the game, truly helpful! And I had an issue with payment and the support agents were kind and solved it all!

The only software that actually works

The only software that actually works. I used to play CS on Wi-Fi and it was basically unplayable, constant teleporting, missing easy shots, pure frustration. After ExitLag, everything changed.

My connection stabilized, my shots started landing, and I could finally enjoy the game and compete.

When I looked it up, I realized ExitLag is the pioneer in this technology. Everyone else just copied what they created.

Does not work and sneaky billing practices

They charge without it showing up on your statement until way later to stay under the radar was unaware of the subscription and you have to submit a request to cancel. Why cant i just cancel??. Also it doesnt work at all zero improvements to ping and delay dont bother trying

I think it's fake.

I think it's fake.

I'm confident that the performance gains are fake.
And if they are not those are just workarounds.
The ping either doesn'tchange, or changes sliglty at the cost of crazy packet loss. Any, multiple connections tested.
It's garbage.

Just trying to squeeze out every last cent

Their service is nothing but a scam, constantly making the cancellation process more complicated and providing terrible customer support just to keep squeezing out every last cent. I would never recommend them and I hope to remove every bit of my personal information from this platform, which only knows how to charge you and respond when it’s already too late.

I wanted to test ExitLag to compare it…

I wanted to test ExitLag to compare it with other similar services I already use. The website offered a 3-day free trial, so I decided to give it a try. I registered, downloaded the app, and started exploring its features. However, when I tried to activate it, I got an error saying my subscription had expired.
Confused, I contacted customer support. They told me that the free trial isn’t available in my region and even implied that I might be trying to scam them just to get the free trial period.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced.
