I bought one which broke almost immediately. They made me pay the return fees out of pocket. Sent a second one and that broke too.

If there was an option for zero stars I would have chosen zero. We bought the massager in 2021. We fully charged it and used it periodically. In total it was used less than 20 times. Charging as needed. The battery stopped taking a charge and the unit doesn’t work at all now. It is beyond the warranty so the company refuses any warranty coverage or a new battery.

Happy with the fast delivery of Exogun. I am satisfied with working function. My muscle pain is now gone.

I ordered the Exogun in Dec 2020 - or toon them more than 3 months to deliver it. Next the charger stopped working in April 2022 - after multiple emails over many weeks they finally shipped me a charger (that I had to pay for) they finally shipped me a charger that arrived 6 weeks later. Now that 2nd charger has also stopped working. And I have decided to throw away the charger as well as the device. Basically it’s a poorly made device - not worth the money. There are better sellers out there with better products and US based customer service and logistics.

Thanks for the Exogun product. It’s compact and portable. I can carry this phenomenal product anywhere. Happy to order this! Recommended!

When I purchase Exogun first I read its reviews. When I use this I realize that all the reviews are just perfect for this powerful tool. 5 stars!

I ordered this product Oct 3. It's now Oct 18, and I haven't received a shipping notification or the product. Do not recommend.
