TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchased the Exogun for my wife because she suffers from chronic tension headaches. After 14-months of limited use, the device stopped working completely. It wouldn’t even turn on. Nothing. I contacted Exogun by way of email, because they don’t have a customer service number to talk to a live person, and explained that the gun stopped working. They asked me to email them the receipt of purchase, which I did. A few days later they replied by email, that there was nothing they could do to help me. Their warranty is for 12-months ONLY. I pleaded with them that we’ve only had the gun for 14-months, and didn’t by any means overuse it. They flat out told me they were unwilling to do anything about it. I’m sorry, but this device shouldn’t have stopped working after only 14-months. Not only that, my wife used it a total of 5-6 times, out of 14-months, so it definitely wasn’t because of overuse. Not only will I never do business with this company in the future, but I have made it my mission to warn perspective buyers. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I ordered an exogun a year ago. Never worked. Reached out to customer service they sent another exogun-with the wrong charger. Now they’ve stopped responding to me. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t buy from them!!!!

I purchased the Dream Pro Massage Gun as a Christmas gift...
It came with the incorrect charging device and as of today, I still haven't received a correct one.
I used a friends who recommended the Exogun to charge it....then 45 days later....the piece where you insert the attachments broke. The company tried to tell me it was mis-use.....
These are expensive massage guns!!!!! The service is terrible and as of today...I have NO massage gun!

Got the Exogun for a gift in Dec 2020. Used it a few times then lost the charger. A few weeks ago I send $20 for a new one. They sent it (slowly) from China. It was the wrong model. After going back and forth, I discovered that not only had they sent the wrong charger, but the circuit board inside the gun broke: the solder holding the power adapter to the circuit board had separated. Meantime the company realized they sent me an adapter that was for a model newer than mine and told me they no longer offer my adapter. No offer for a refund. When I inquired, and told them about the defect, they told me I can ship the charger back at my expense. Even though they shipped the wrong part. And they ignored the part about the circuit board having literally massaged itself to death (after maybe an hour of use).

The company has terrible customer service and is inadequate at responding in a timely manner to resolve your purchase order. DO NOT BUY FROM EXOGUN.

I ordered an Exogun on 10/29/2021 with an expected delivery of 11/19/2021. Leaving plenty of time to arrive before Christmas. As of 1/23/2022, I still haven't received my order.

The support staff has been unresponsive and used stall tactics in their limited response. I'm beginning to think the website is a scam.

I repeat, DO NOT BY FROM EXOGUN. There are plenty of other top-rated products that people recommend, like Theragun or Hyperice.

The gun works great as long as it keeps working. Mine stopped charging. I returned it and they sent me a used one that had a jury-rigged charger port on it. The charger device they gave me does not connect to it. It has been 4 months but I have not gotten a replacement charger. So . . . if it works then it is a good deal. If not, then look out because customer service is not included.

Do not buy!!!!!!!! Sent me an European charger. I live in Illinois, USA. I can't charge or use the item. There is no return. I'm stuck with an expensive worthless plastic item.

Exogun assisted me in boosting healing and repair of atrophied muscles owing to a recent small accident that resulted in internal injury as an addition to my usual injury rehabilitation method. This purchase has pleased me.

I regret to buy this exogun and it got scratched on it body when I received. I requested refund and they said they do not have refund policy and they only replace the defective item and I have to bear the shipment cost. Bad luck and worst thing happened next, that machine make a weird and loud voice after one day use and I believe it will broken soon after a while after I read the reviews! Waste of money!

Avoid! The Exogun is poorly built, I've damaged mine after only two weeks ownership trying to dig in to my glutes. The promised deep tissue therapy is pretty poor.
I regret not buying a more expensive alternative.

Exogun.com is absolutely a scam. They literally take your money and would not ship the item. The postS saying they ship anything are just lying to make it seem legit and most likely work for exogun. If you're not willing to give your money away to scammers for free, definitely don't purchase anything from them

1 year in Not used mich and it stops working display is ok Charge ok.
Bad soldering on the kopper in the Motor it lost conektion to the Board i dissasebled the whole Thing and soldered that and some other Bad solder spots.
Now it works again But bad craftsmanship on the solder Conections.

Junk. My exogun worked about 10 times, then it wouldn't charge. They replaced it and it didn't work once.

Exogun worked for a few months and it won't charge. They have sent three replacement units that all stopped working. I requested a refund but have not heard back nor received a replacement. Don’t buy. STAY AWAY!
I will report this company to the FTC, no matter how long it takes, I want this scammer exposed.

This is a scam. We ordered the exogun last December and it worked for about 9 months until it stopped charging. Contacted Customer Support (via email) and they told me to send it back and I would get a replacement. Fedex has shown "shipment info sent to Fedex" since 9/29. It is now 10/18 and there have been no other updates. Any emails to Exogun on the status have been a run around. The exogun was GREAT when it worked - but basically you are paying $169 for 9 months of a great product - so keep that in mind when you order.

Exogun is a scam!!!

I recently ordered an Exogun online. After a week, I checked and FedEx had not received the shipment. They continued to lie and say the shipment was in transit, then blamed FedEx for long delays (which in my experience never happens). After two weeks I tried getting a refund and they refused.

Since then I've researched this online, and found the company is really a scam. I probably lost $169, and hope for your sake you won't order one.

I can't believe there are so many positive reviews, but I'm confident they are not genuine.

Unfortunately, I did not find all of these negative reviews before I bought an EXOgun. I've been scammed! It does not turn on, they are giving me the run-around, and the phone number on their site for customer service goes to a SCAM site which will charge your credit card for things you don't want. Had to cancel my credit card.

The absolute worst!!!!! Buyer beware. Have had 3 replacement exoguns and they have all stopped working. Customer service is non existent. Disgusting!!!!!! I want a refund and they keep giving me the run around.

Scam the phone number provided on website is for grocery deals? Then they provide you an 1800 373 3411 number that is an addiction hotline! As want to cancel my order immediately but could not so sent an email as it states on website within 24 hrs can cancel an order, let us see if will receive an response.
