We booked this trip through Exoticca, and our guide was Sabbahi Mohammed. Overall it was well organized, but definitely a fast-paced experience. You cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time, which is great for seeing the highlights of the country from the culture and history to the infrastructure and natural landscapes. Mohammed was a great guide, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and helpful when it came to booking extra excursions or answering questions. He also made the group feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. The optional sunset trip to the Sahara is 100% worth it and was easily one of the highlights. Overall, I’d recommend this trip if you’re okay with a quicker pace and want to fit a lot into a short period of time.

Just back from our 5th trip with Exoticca having visited Turkey for the 12 day tour. It was a busy ,on-the-go tour pretty well every day and you will cover 1900 miles in your bus The driver was careful and took no chances with our full bus load. We got to see Cappadocia and Pamukkale ( which we hadn't seen on previous visits ) and everything else worth seeing in the Country. The Hot Air Balloon Rides were unavailable for 3 days in a row due to bad weather or high winds. Apparently they average 250 days a year when they can fly , so don't bank on it. Hotels were all top notch and going there in March probably helped with vacancies to get in them. Our guide Omar was excellent and amusing and always had a tale to tell. We already have another Exoticca tour planned ( Balklands) as you can't beat their prices and the service right from when they pick you up at your arriving airport.

Great experience!
Tour guide, Mr. Falali, was very helpful, kind, detailed oriented and patient. Recommended!!
Driver and assistant were punctual, respectful and responsible. Recommend!!
Food could be better, specially at breakfast time, like in Fez hotel or in the dessert ( optional tour.)
My 5 stars rate goes to the Moroccan people!!! They are very friendly, kind, respectful and helpful.
I always felt welcomed in every place I visited in Marrocco!!

What really made our experience memorable was due in large part of our tour guide Inis. She is a wealth of knowledge and always ready to provide assistance and guidance.

Our tour guide, George, was incredible! He was basically our own private Egyptologist. The whole trip was a life changing experience. Everything was perfect except for some communication about flights and driver pick up times from Exoticca.

Fantastic experience and incredibly good value for money. Our guide Adman was superb, extremely knowledgeable as well as funny and entertaining. Every effort was made to ensure that we experienced the best that Jordan offered whilst learning so much about this fascinating country. The trip was well organised, the hotel was comfortable and the food choice and quality superb. Cannot recommend this company highly enough . Sharon and Mark

Well organized, however, due to flight cancelations we missed one trip, boat at the Iguasu. It has not been compensated .

This is our third tour with Exoticca and each one has been fantastic. Exoticca handles everything for us so all we need to worry about is having a good time. Communication before the trip is always detailed and punctual, and also once you get to the sites. Accommodations were really nice and we were always close to eating and shopping.

It’s a great trip to cover the most beautiful cities in South American. Really enjoyed it!

My husband and I recently took our first trip with Exoticca. I was worried that I wasn't in 'control' with the plans...travel, hotels, excursions, moving from one location to another...but, it went amazingly smooth. Everything that Exoticca said would happen, did happen!! Rides arrived on time, the accommodations were lovely, the excursions fun and interesting. And, the people were wonderful, not just Exoticca people, but the ones that Exoticca had contracted with. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely travel with Exoticca again. This trip by Exoticca is a fun, affordable overview of some of the iconic locations and vistas in South America including its largest cities. It is well organized, supported by local guides, and gives free time to explore at your own pace. Iguazu and Rio are very memorable!

We traveled about 10 times with Exoticca, and just came back from the Italy trip last week. This trip was quite disappointed. Exoticca completely outsourcing the trip to a local travel agency, which we didn't know until received the travel document before departure. Almost everything in the trip was below normal standards, such as
-Hotel located in a remote area in each city. Can’t even find decent restaurants in walking distance.
-Hotel's breakfast had no hot meals besides coffee.
-The trip leaders cannot provide any tour guide. Basically the tour was on our own.
-Our return flight has changed by Exoticca but it didn't update to local agency. After many calls and texts, we finally got confirmed that we will be pickup at 3AM from our hotel to the airport. However the local transfer was NO Show!! We have to call a taxi on our own and now still waiting the reimbursement of 270Euro.
After the trip, we submitted a review for Exoticca trip review request. However none in Exoticca read it and respond us. With an auto reply from Exoticca, we were requested twice to "Spread the Word" here for public. Hopefully, someone will read it and respond to it.

Exoticca is incredibly inexpensive and very well organized. Staff was very responsive when we reached out to them. Will definitely travel with them again.
Albanian Explorer was amazing to deal with. Love that company.

Booked a package trip to Jordon; obviously this had to be cancelled. Exoticca refused to cancel until 3 days before the trip in order to prevent us getting a refund early enough to plan a different trip. When they did cancel they have consistently refused to give a cash refund; they have repeatedly ignored my requests and are only offering credit. This is a breach of the consumer regulations but they have no shame; their only interest is protecting themselves, not their customers. You can’t get through to a human customer support agent, and then never reply to online forms. I’ll have to go through my credit card to get the money back. Do not use this company.
Noting the response below; further misinformation from Exoticca. They have clearly recieved the online forms I have previously submitted as they sent generic emails in response, and even sent me a customer satisfaction survey (laughable).
Asking me to submit another form (which they will then deny having) is just delay - why don't they simply refund the trip that they cancelled? It's clear what I want - and and they have my details. Instead they are trying to delay. The evidence is here in plain english. What a poor company to treat it's customers so disrepectfully.

Great itinerary, accommodations, guides.
Provided lunches and dinners could be improved.
The box lunch at Marsala tasting was full of breads and everything was cold and not so fresh.
To much pasta over all.

I am enjoying a milestone birthday trip to Morocco on my first ever group tour. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I am happy to say that I have not been disappointed. Our tour guide Filali Abdelali has been great at showing us around and ensuring we have a variety of experiences. We’ve seen and learned a lot on the tour and have enjoyed some local delicacies courtesy of our guide Filali. Highly recommend overnight desert stay. It is well worth the $$ and the camel sunset ride is a must that was arranged by our guide.
There is a lot of time on the bus on this tour as it covers a lot of ground but our guide has been great at breaking up the trip for bus stops that it has not been an issue. Special shoutout to Tariq for getting us everywhere on time and safe and sound.
Only feedback I would give to Exoticca is that the Royal Mirage in Fes wasn’t the best and unfortunately that was where we had one of our longest stays.
I will consider travelling with Exoticca again.

This Exoticca tour did not meet our expectations. There was supposed to be English speaking tour guides, but there were only a few on this trip. So we missed a lot of the explanation of things on the trip. On three of the extra cost excursions, we had problems. On one of them, they never showed up. So we paid for extras, but never go to experience them. On another excursion, Exoticca should have notified us if we had prior injury we could not do it. So another extra cost for something we could not do. Exoticca has not done anything to rectify the problems on this trip.

Great guide and great driver. Well organised and considerate of rest breaks and local knowledge.

The hotels could provide bottles of water as well checked in on the late side for nearly all hotels - pay about 5 times what a bottle costs to buy water at the hotel
Worst experience was Hotel Wayqey, gave us keys to room 504, opened the door and first room not cleaned after previous occupants
Then given 206,a very squashed room, hard to sleep as corridor lights shone through the curtains!!
Rooms definitely not as seen on itinerary
Staff were helpful but the room mess supercedes the service we received

My guide in Morocco Filali Abdelali has been absolutely fantastic. I had an experience in Tangiers where a contracted
food poisoning and he took control of the situation with the hotel to arrange for me to stay an extra day while the tour carried on to Fez. He helped find some medicine to ease the suffering. He called me regularly to see how I was . I cannot say enough about the care and concern he showed me. You have a gem in a very caring individual working with you a true professional.
