Geraldine was excellent when it came to chasing information, confirming details, and following up in a timely manner. Taxes can be so confusing and stressful already, and unfortunately, I had never been informed about the need for additional paperwork when working with previous advisors. Geraldine notified me of this and helped me to back file my missing forms. She kept a stressful process as stress-free as she could, which I truly appreciate.

The team are professional and helpful. They keep you updated throughout. Uebert was fantastic at keeping me up to date and supporting me if anything came up. Highly recommend.

Another year, another positive experience filing taxes with Expat Tax Online. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the time between submission and final preparation of my return - I do have a business so more forms to fill, but 7+ weeks seemed a bit longer than usual. But all's well, and will continue to use this company in the future.

I am a US resident living in Spain on a Non-Lucrative visa. The tax system here and the subsequent requirements for filing in the US are a paperwork nightmare. After having a total failure with another firm that simply could not accomplish my US filing with the foreign tax credit applied, I made a switch just to get everything finished on time. Service is good, though, I do feel like the service level and attention has decreased after a couple of tax returns.
I am not sure why I pay the same amount for tax return and FBAR even though less work is required.
