Got false charged on my credit card by Expedia everytime I try to book with them!!

Tried to book a flight through Expedia on their official website, the website shows payment didn't go through but my bank notified me I was being charged. Waited for booking confirmation and there was nothing. Called in Expedia and they just didn't admit they charged my card while the bank statement clearly showed it was charged by Expedia. I had to report my card as lost/stolen to drop that fraud charge.
Recently tried to book again with Hotels.com and interesting enough similar things happened and I just found out Hotels.com belongs to Expedia as well. I was being charged double on my hotel with over 2000 dollars total. Called Expedia for over one hour the employee sounds really confused and says they never charged that amount.
This website looks like a fraud to me and I will never book with them ever again.

Not efficient customer service and misleading reservation Website

1- Waited twice for over 20 minutes to reach an agent.
2- Asked agent to give me information package allowance on flight booked, the agent ask me to call the airline to find it. Then he ask me to wait so he can call the airline (easy jet). kept me waiting for long time , I get fed up and hangup the call.
3- When booking through Expedia Website, Expedia does not show that easyjet does not have 'Checked Package' Allowance like the rest of Airlines hence you discover later that you have to pay easyjet extra for each Checked in bag.

Sent me to an all inclusive Occidental Grand Punta Cana - had no electic or water and will not refund my money

Sent me to an all inclusive trip to Occidental Grand Punta Cana.
There was no electric or water the 1st night I was there from 11:30 pm to 2 pm the next day (14 hrs) it was the main generator that went out and has been going out on a daily bases. I tried to get moved to another hotel and they would not in less I called expedia, which I did on my cell phone as they would not let us use their phones. I was on the phone for half hour waiting to talk to a supervisor (after talking to 5 people) I finally got one and she promised to call me back after calling the hotel to get me out of there. That is the last I heard from them so I lived in hell for 5 days - no flushing toliets, no cleaning hands (even the cooks and servers) no showers for 14 hrs straight - you can imange the smell plus the food they served with dirty hands. The electric woud go on and off like that the whole 5 days. and guess what now they will not even give me my money back. DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU TO HELL OR AND BY THE WAY THEY ARE STILL SELLING THIS PACKAGE AFTER KNOWING WHAT IS GOING ON.
