I tried to find out about change fee for a flight on British Airways and stumbled to this site. Even though they have detailed info the changes, they recommended to call the 800 number. They asked for booking reference number, then ticket numbers then proceeded to recommend flight change with price difference and applied pressure to make the change claiming price increase threats. As soon as I felt pressure, I smelled fishy. I hope they won’t be able to do anything bad with the booking and tickets that foolishly provided. Stay away at all cost

Tried to cancel our British airways ticket, called these guys, they collected our personal information. We became vigilant of the situation and soon cancelled our own tickets and applied for voucher at BA, which we received pretty quick. The main reason these guys are fraud is they blocked our numbers after collecting our personal information, so please do what you think is better and hope this message saves some hard earned money.

Don't work with them, I lost 700$ because they canceled my flight. How did they get this privilege?

I called Travomojo to add pet to flight. The agent sounded bored and wanted me to pay for my pet over the phone. I decided it was not safe so said I would just book my pet when I checked in.
THE AGENT CANCELLED MY RESERVATION without my knowledge. I can’t believe they have the power to do that.

We googled "change AirCanada flights". Travomojo's number showed up under google's suggestion of "people also asked... Can you change an AirCanada flight".
Spoke to one of their reps at an international call centre, who said they could change our tickets for ~$1400. They also asked us to confirm the passengers DOBs. They emailed us through an itinerary from a legitimate AirCanada address. The itinerary was incorrect though and the rep was texting us asking to confirm flight dates. We spoke again and she requested credit card information, including billing address etc.
We refused and attempted to call AirCanada again directly. This time we got through, AirCanada could see that our travel plans had been altered, but they were able to issue us the same ticket for just $195.
Travomojo is clearly optimised to receive hits when you type in any airline (KLM, Emirates, AirFrance etc.) along with 'change flight dates'.
