Order never got out of the blocks......although there appeared to be a valid tracking number Parcelforce confirmed by telephone that they didn't receive the phone on to their system. After weeks of delays and requests to phone a non local rate number (which I refused to do) I claimed a refund via Paypal (also used a credit card on Paypal for belt & braces).
Refund was not a problem thankfully so I bought elsewhere.

Delivery was pretty quick, but could be better. Item arrived in good condition.

Got sony xperia z3 delivede as promised. But the voice quality is poor and volume low. No way to get insurance as company is not VAT registered in UK. So please be aware of that.

I was initially a little sceptical when I came across the website for expeditelectronics, as their prices looked a little too good to be true. But after a search online they seemed to get mostly positive reviews, so I bought my camera and lens from them using PayPal for added security. My items were delivered safely within 3 days by secure courier, though they said they could be up to 10 days. I can't comment on after sales, as I haven't had any issues. All in All, my experience was a good one.

I had never purchased from this company before but I decided to go for it. I ordered a Samsung Tab S because it was by far the cheapest price around. Fantastic service and fantastic price for the product, would definitely use this company again!

At first I was pretty skeptical about buying from this website because I've never heard of it before but the Sony Xperia z3 was at least £100 cheaper than anywhere else so after reading the reviews I decided to get it and the whole experience was really good! I have nothing bad to say at all really, it was easy to buy there were no problems with delivery, it came faster than I expected it to and its in perfect working order, so thumbs up from me :)

Received a great item (Binoculares) at half the RRP, with great communication and swift delivery....can't fault it!

Camera turns up in Japanese. Menus, literature, manuals the lot.

Phone uk helpline and their fab. Confirm this is a mistake and should be in english. They raise a case which is managed online.

Online assistant does not see the issue or concern. They did show me how to trawl the japanese menus to change it to english but refused any acceptance the japanese manuals were no good to me. Nor the fact this serioulsy impacts the value of the camera.

They ignored all comments around this resulting in a paylpal dispute to recover funds.....

This is only my experience and maybe a one off but customer service is clearly meant to account for the unknown and theirs does not and simply shuts down.

Be warned if your spending a lot of money on this site!!

Whilst the range of products may not be as great as some of the other major competitors, I have purchased from Expedite on more than on occasion and the service is good, products as expected and the price was very keen.

Bought LG3 phone. Paid via Paypal. Received within 5 days. Will use again.

Just bought a Sony Xperia Z3 from them at a very competitive price. I understood it was coming from China, but after reading the reviews I felt more comfortable dealing with them than similar outlets with the same prices.
I was pretty calm, but when I didn't get an email confirming dispatch status after 4 days, I called them to get an update. They answered pretty promptly (under 2 mins on queue) and the nice lady told me it would be with me within 4 more working days, but she didn't have a tracking number.

Imagine my surprise when it turned up half an hour later!

4 days from order to phone in hand, brand new and boxed as expected. Such an upgrade over my Xperia S (bless it).

I have purchased a camera body, 2 lenses and a tablet from Expediteelectronics. The price of those items was the lowest I could find anywhere, at the time of purchase and all were delivered, hassle free, within 7-10 days. They even have a U.K. telephone custome service number now and the young lady I spoke with was very helpful, had good product knowledge and was able to provide me with a very accurate estimate of delivery time. I will certainly be buying from them in the future and, for new camera gear they are the first site I refer to. Excellent all round.

Expeditelectronics is simply an amazing way to get the best electronics in the world for a better price. I got a tablet and once dispatched I was daily updated, easy to track. The payment is simple and 100% safe, especially if you (can) use PayPal.
