If y'all would quit trying to sell crap…

If y'all would quit trying to sell crap and act like the credit monitoring agency that you're supposed to that would be great. The stuff you do is solid. You just have to go through 18 screens of not buying crap to get there. The whole credit situation in the United States is ridiculous as it is, we don't need you to make it any worse.

Identity protection - worth it!

Experian has been very helpful in recognizing incidences of security issues on both my husband & myself which has prevented further issue down the road. Utilizing the freeze and lock options has definitely made us feel that we have more control over who has access.
