Although over the years i have read some bad press this is not something i have ever experienced. Myself, friends and family have attended 11 events put on by this company and I can only describe them as magical. To see, meet and hear the stories of such icons in film and sport has been an incredible oppurtunity, I also cannot fault everything else about these events from the food, presentation and even additional entertainment...flawless

Been chasing this company trying to get my refund for tickets purchased in 2022 for an evening with Al Pacino in Glasgow . They kept postponing it and been chasing my refund !!! AVOID this company at all costs 🤬
Bought tickets for this event in Glasgow 2022, which has never taken place and company not giving me my refund ,been emailing everyday and keep getting the same response!!
They actually got in touch offering me credit for another event !!!!
My bank say it is out with the timeframe for a chargeback and that's probably why this company said it was postponed , twice, knowing it would be out with this timescale . I will now be seeking legal assistance for my refund and I will continue to inform people to avoid this company .I will also be contacting trading standards ....

I purchased tickets on experience with.com in 2022 for experience with Al Pacino in Dublin, it was “postponed” but no new date given. I’ve been chasing them and Evebtbrite for my refund for almost TWO YEARS!!

SCAM ALERT! I bought 2 tickets for a VIP experience with Al Pacino way back in 2023. The event was postponed originally and then communication from the company stopped entirely. I have written to them consistently to request a refund since and I am continually fobbed off. I spent close to £500 on these tickets as a special treat for a friend. Many others have had the same experience as you will see from the dreadful reviews. Please don’t waste your money. I have engaged a lawyer to investigate.

We have been persistent in asking for a refund weekly for the last 6 months and they continue to reply saying the refund is being processed and will let us know when it is done, but we never hear again until we contact them each week.
This is clearly a scam and after reading reviews on here, we aren't alone. Give people back their well earned money, we aren't talking £20 here ... We are talking over £350 for us and I know thousands for others.
Do not give up on requesting your refund if you are like us and still waiting!! It is horrendous and completely illegal.

Absolutely horrible. A big scam. I was going to go see Al Pacino with my father and it’s now been 3 years with nothing. Money down the drain. Do NOT buy tickets from here. Breaks my heart. I was looking forward to seeing my favorite actor.

Shocking this company is still allowed to trade. I'm owed money from an Al Pacino event delayed for about a year then cancelled, now 3 years later NOTHING. They have continually failed to follow through to their promises of a refund (£321) I am owed. Disappointed my family and father for his 60th Birthday. This isn't how you treat people let alone customers. Just a scamming company finding loopholes to keep running. Save yourself the trouble, I wish I did.

Still no refund. I have reported to trading standards and no other choice but to take legal action. Bank won't take responsibility as the payment was with Eventbrite and they won't refund since experiencewith owe them money..

Scam company, cannot be relied on
As previously mentioned, this company do not even deserve a 1 star it should be 0 or negative stars. They have not reimbursed people for an event with Al Pacino which was meant to be 3 years ago. Always have an excuse as why they can't refund money. This is a scam which is fairly obvious now, since all the past information about the Owner previously facing fraud charges, which were at the same time as the supposed Al Pacino events around the UK. Most people have not got their money back to date despite numerous emails to the company and Eventbrite the company who launched their tickets initially have lost lots of money in turn as a secondary consequence. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Everything is a big scam

If it was possible to give zero stars then that's what they'd be getting. They robbed me and many others, taking money for events that never happened and promising refunds and never delivering. 3 years waiting for £1300 that ill never see again. Avoid like rhe plague and don't touch anything that the company are involved with. You'll get burned.

They schedule these events, probably selling more tickets then the capacity of the venue and then they write to you to inform that you can't go to the event and that they will reschedule it, which never happens.
Asked to be reimbursed for the Al Pacino event and one year after, haven't received my money. They sent me a very rude email, making me feel guilty to even request my money back.
BE AWARE!!! This is how they are making money, selling more tickets, cancelling the event for half of those tickets, keeping the money on the excuse of rescheduling it.
Hiding the Truth: Deleting Comments, Flagging Reviews & Ignoring Emails

Not surprisingly, An Experience With has been flagging reviews here on Trustpilot for "harmful" or "illegal" content. None of the Reviews that have been flagged(mine included) do not have anything like that. When you check any of their social media pages, Facebook or Instagram, they are STILL deleting comments. Their 5 November 2023 post had 89 comments on 22 November 2023 has went down to 83 comments. The comments that were deleted were people rightfully requesting their refunds, which this company does NOT give. They claim they're "super busy" and "working on it". They also claim that it takes up to 48hrs max for a response. Lies. All lies and stalling tactics. There's absolutely no way they have been working on refunds for this long...deleting comments about refunds clearly mean they are hiding something...

Despite making a payment for the event on [10.12.2022], it has become apparent that the event never took place, and my numerous attempts to request a refund have been consistently ignored.
The complete lack of communication and accountability from your end has left me utterly dismayed. As a customer, I had the reasonable expectation that the event I paid for would be delivered as promised. However, not only did the event fail to materialize, but my inquiries for a refund have fallen on deaf ears.
I initially reached out to your customer support team few times via email to request a refund after realizing that the event was canceled or simply did not occur. Unfortunately, my emails have gone unanswered, and I have received no acknowledgment or explanation for the non-occurrence of the event.
This level of disregard for a paying customer is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. It has led me to question the integrity and commitment of your company to its customers.
I want to make it explicitly clear that I will not tolerate being ignored any longer, and I insist on a full refund of 407.34 GBP for the event that never took place. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within [Specify a reasonable timeframe, e.g., 5 business days] from the date of this email, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, which may include legal action and sharing my experience on various online review platforms.
I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously and act swiftly to rectify this situation. I have attached copies of my previous emails and any relevant documentation for your reference.
It is in your company's best interest to address this issue promptly and rectify the situation. Ignoring my requests for a refund will only lead to more significant damage to your reputation and potential legal consequences.
I expect a clear and immediate response to this email, confirming the receipt of my complaint and outlining the steps you will take to process my refund. The refund of 407.34 GBP to my account is the only acceptable resolution to this matter.

Terrible experience, I paid £1960 for 10 tickets to see Al Pacino and having asked several times they have not provided a refund. This company seems to be a scam. Please beware. I hope they do the decent things and refund what I am owed !!
Waited seven months to get a refund…
Waited seven months to get a refund after Al Pacino cancelled. In fact I didn't get a refund, my bank did a charge back despite running over the 120 day time limit. Will never book an event with this company again. The ridiculous excuses they came up with were laughable and too long to list here. Buyer beware!!!!
