Must admit i had an issue regarding a purchase i made with this company. However, when i made them aware of this they done the decent thing and refunded me. Cant ask for much more than that.

Fraudster sentenced to 27 months in prison.
I have been requesting a refund for 9 months. Given that the owner of the business, Stephen Olexy, has been sentenced to 27 months in prison, for fraud, I doubt I'll have any chance of seeing my money now.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!!
Hopefully this review will lose you some customers in the future!
Important information for other Al Pacino event victims:
I was also not taken seriously by this joke of a company following the second cancellation of the Al Pacino event. Instead of dealing with these unprofessional germs, just claim your refund directly from Eventbrite on this page: www-eventbrite-com-attendee-refund-request (had to write like this as they don't allow links - just search it on google). As the event was cancelled two times and there is no rescheduled date, Eventbrite credited my credit card within a couple of business days.
Main Review:
As many others, I have experienced a similar story with them. Bought tickets for the Al Pacino event in November 2022 months in advance. Then, the event got postponed to April 28th 2023. Okay, it's fine - things like this might happen. I could even see that there is actually two events in April now, 23rd and 28th. In February, only the April 28th event got cancelled again with no rescheduled date, but the April 23rd event was still available. It's annoying that they actually cancelled the second event a second time and of course there was no offer to move your tickets to the first event, which actually took place in the end.
I sent numerous emails after the second cancellation to get a refund, which they said they'll "of course" provide in the cancellation email. They said that I should make a chargeback claim to my credit card company since otherwise it could take up to 60 working days to get refunded directly. The reason they said this is because they already know the credit card company won't accept this claim since the funds are received by Eventbrite, not directly by this company. Eventbrite tells the credit card company that I should contact the organiser directly and credit card company tells me this, not accepting my chargeback claim.
So, I went back to them asking a direct refund from them and start the 60 working day process. No response of course.
I did what I wrote at the top - directly asked for the refund from Eventbrite's website and it worked.
I'm not sure how Eventbrite's system works, but hopefully they don't receive any funds until the event actually takes place.
As I started this review, NEVER AGAIN!!!
I’ve been 3 times in the events
I’ve been 3 times in the events, 2 times with Stallone and one time with Arnold.
Can’t complain had pictures and good diner time. I knew the cost for diner and photos. Yes it is a budget but it was my wishes to meet this 2 actors.
The experience with been very helpful all time, and I’ve spend fantastic moments with my brother and friends.
An Experience With
I've been to multiple events with De Niro, Pacino, Gibson, Stallone and Schwarzenegger since 2016! I've loved each one, looking forward to the next big star.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company! Have been trying to get a refund for Al Pacino which was cancelled, rescheduled and cancelled again. Told their money is tied up in the USA and to go through my card company. After being told 6 weeks to process refunds. Shocking
