I think this is one of the most NECESSARY reviews I'll probably ever write as its definitely for the kind Lady 'JO' and the company that strives to give UK Children the ability to own, use and learn a computer.

I cannot say much more only that after seeing what equipment is on offer for such trivial prices (making them in reach of struggling families) and speaking with a Lady I'd love to smile as she cares not just about business but what the business can accomplish for UK children.

Absolutely brilliant company and service. My PC had some problems, it was dealt with and sent back within 48 hours. Lovely people, always replied to emails asap and very friendly on the phone.

My sons computer would not load rang where I got from they quickly had it picked up once I had boxed it up had it back a week later all working again very happy son again the company was very good always emailed me back very quickly can't thank them enough they were very helpful quick and efficient 10/10

I will be honest it was a good pc however there are problems 1st the keyboard does not work fully and 2nd my pc is not working anymore i dont know if it was the heat but it can not detect the hard drive is there a way to get this repeired as need it as soon as possible

Had a persistent NIGGLY problem but JO AND THE TECH STAFF KEPT ON IT AND EVENTUALLY RESOLVED THE PROBLEM
They put up with a non tech customer and we’re very patient

I was looking for a mid range pc for gaming and work. They have a lot to choose from, great bundles and prices are good too. If you’re unsure about anything or have any problems, they are very quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Delivery was quick and it came in a secure box so nothing was damaged,
I’d recommend them to anyone.

I received a "refurbished" TouchSmart 610. It arrived damaged, casing falling off, the stand broken, the keyboard and mouse not working and issues with the sound. The screws used to hold the stand are incorrect, if this was refurbished, someone surely would have noticed this!
Follow up to review, collected promptly and refund received quickly and with no problems

Cannot fault the customer service form this company. DPD delivery error but issue was resolved and another PC sent out in time for a birthday. Fantastic service, highly recommend.
