When I decided to start my own business from scratch, I knew that I would have to get help with the marketing as I had no idea how to go about it. Catherine at Expert Inside helped me go from nothing to launch, devising a marketing strategy and social media plan and empowering me with lots of knowledge about how to tackle the content on my own and how to maximise exposure on various platforms. She advised me on my website build and SEO and which tools to use to monitor web traffic and performance of both my site and social media posts. Over the first few weeks she helped me tailor my writing and content to social media audiences and advised on how to present my company on these platforms. She was flexible and listened to my needs and tailored her support accordingly, going above and beyond the parameters we agreed. In addition, she is a brilliant cheerleader and motivator and, at the end of our working period, left me much more confident and informed and able to continue on my own, with a clear plan of action. I definitely hope to work with Catherine again and recommend her without hesitation.
