Delivery times
Had to chase delivery for 4 days to see when being delivered an email to give a delivery date and time not a 8am to 6pm who wants to sit in for 10 hours ? Just an am or pm would of been great

Extremely quick delivery for a few extra quid. I did only buy single crates, so for that the shipping was a little steeper, but this was the only place that had the size I wanted. Definitely buy again.

The best service I have received
Honestly, the best company I have dealt with in my 8 years as a business. I order plastic crates 10 at a time every 3 or 4 weeks as I work through my stock transferring from cardboard boxes in to crates, the service has been absolutely first class, even ordering 2.30pm yesterday, by 10am today my boxes are here. flawless service and that is why I keep returning to them for each order.

Excellent customer service
Ordered strong crates for my son at university
University did not accept and between them and fedex the parcel could not be traced .
When this situation was explained to exporta
The whole team has been extremely helpful and tried to resolve the delivery .
In the end I was sent another replacement to my billing address .
Thank you very much team exporta the products are really worth the price and your customer service is very very good

Shocking experience
Shocking experience, this customer service is a thing of the past. Placed an order and paid in full on the 20th November. Website stated 3-5 working days lead time. I checked this with a sales member which they confirmed, only then to be told upon placing the order that this product is manufactured to order and the estimated delivery time was January 8th! Where on earth did the 3-5 working day lead time come from!
