We do understand the point you make about the shipping charge, we are geared up for bulk ordering from businesses and so offer a Free Next Working Day delivery Service for all orders over £100. This is a great and beneficial service. However we do charge £12.00 for deliveries under £100 which whilst not insignificant is deemed good value for a premium next day delivery service.

Happy with my raised borders
I’m very happy with my order. The raised borders are a good thickness, seem to be well made, sturdy, easy to stack and the delivery was quick and the driver friendly.

Delivery schedule needs tightening
Good quality pallet collars at decent prices, bought from this company twice and not been disappointed. However waiting in all day is a drag and a waste of valuable time. Would be much better if items could be tracked and a window of time given by courier. For example these collars are fir the allotment. Because of lack of timescale, had to have them delivered to the house and now need to organise getting them to allotment. Whereas if I had known roughly what time they were arriving, say 12-3pm, I could have had them delivered to allotment address

The main issue is we normally deliver to businesses and with pallet deliveries the same level of accuracy is not as easy to achieve for the delivery carriers as it is with smaller parcels but we will see what is possible.
We are always aiming to improve things so this kind of information is invaluable to us.

Highly recommend this company
Highly recommend this company. I have just placed my second order for a number of wood pallet collars to use as raised planters on allotment plots. The quality of the products are excellent, reasonably priced, and delivered quickly. Website is easy to navigate and products all detailed thoroughly and with help team on hand if you have questions or special order requirements. I will be using Exporta again in the near future and happy to recommend.

Speedy and helpful service
I purchased pallet collars to use as raised beds in my garden. Before I purchased them, I spoke to a member of staff who was really helpful and answered all my questions. They were exactly what I wanted and arrived next day delivery.

Dear Judy - we are happy you are pleased with the pallet collars and service from and thank you for the feedback. Pallet collars do make great raised beds and planters even if that was not their original design purpose they are excellent in the garden.
Long delays in the order as opposed to advertised on the website
Long delay in the order. The order advertised the next day delivery, however, it took 5 days to reach (if you exclude 2 days weekend, 3 days to reach)
I've ordered 13th August 2020 Thursday, but it reached 18th August Tuesday, although I got confirmation from CS that this would reach by Monday.
I've already completed packing with a different solution. Now the pallets are useless for me.

I have looked into this to understand what has happened as we always try to make sure we meet our customers expectations wherever possible so we are disappointed not have met them fully on this occasion.
Just to clarify our cut off time for next working day delivery is 4pm each day and as you order was placed in the evening on a Thursday after this cut off time, this would add an extra day.
Also we offer a next 'working day' service so this therefore excludes Saturdays and Sundays, which means that your delivery should have been delivered on Monday the 17th.
It was actually dispatched from our warehouse on time on Friday in order to meet that. However, there also appears to have been an issue with the delivery side that has caused a delay of one day and I am aware that our service team did contact you during this process.
We would like to offer our apologies to you for any misunderstanding or inconvenience involved and if you no longer require these pallets we will be more than happy to collect them and issue a full refund.
