£7.50 for a 10 page down load doesn't feel good value particularly as it was advertised as half price. I was nievley expecting it to be a book. So feel somewhat cheated and only have very negative view as a result.

Really liked the insta page and was looking forward to the book. Paid for the Download and didnt get a link. Tried to contact customer services and still no reply for a download link or refund. Will change my review if this actually gets sorted.
Final review: Was contacted by Paul a few days later via email with my download link and reasoning as there may be some issues on their side👍🏽
All in all - great product to keep your health in check & customer service was reliable .
