I am a client of Express Mattress and I have to say I've had issues with delivery. I was under the assumption, from my order confirmation email, that my order would be delivered to my address.But instead, I had to collect it from the Post office! The clerk from the post office refused to give us the item ,as my name and address wasn't on the disptach note. I had a hard time explaining to her,that it was in fact my order... So it was a very misleading delivery process.

Excellent service from start to finish, high quality mattresses delivered on time at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

In the last few days I've been in contact with Liam from Express Mattress - buying a Baker and Wells Excellence 1000. Liam has been extremely helpful talking me through all aspects of my order, and it was reassuring to speak to a person instead of making the purchase online. Unfortunately I have just now had to cancel my order as I had bought the wrong size (and couldn't afford to upgrade to the bigger size needed). Liam was extremely gracious about the situation and called the warehouse to cancel the delivery immediately, and at the same time refunded me my monies. I'm sorry I couldn't go ahead with this purchase, but I will definitely come back to Mattress Express in the furute for all of my bed orders. Many thanks Liam for your excellent service.

Purchased a new Tranquill mattress & pillows, they are so comfortable and I’ve been sleeping so much better ever since! Customer service at the new store was superb , Liam and the team were very attentive. Would highly recommend using Express mattress store.
