I was in town visiting and had low tire pressure, I stopped in and John and Casey filled my tires back up with air and made sure I didn’t have a nail or bad leak in my tire. Great customer service and very friendly! Highly recommend!!

I called to confirm that they carried the filter I needed for my car. They said they did, come on in. I drove 30 min and waited an additional 15, pulled in the bay and was told - no, they do not carry my filter, nor would they normally ever have it. Nice waste of my morning. I would not trust this service to know what they are doing.

Went to the store in Pooler without an appointment. Was met out front by Aidan and Noe. Super friendly, got me in quickly, and answered all my questions. The Toyota I was in had an issue with the oil filter cap from the factory. I bought a replacement cap, and Noe installed it. Both men called out safety and spec information, checked the lights and filters, and just couldn’t have been friendlier! This is the type of service that truly makes me happy and want to continue doing business with this location. Thanks, fellas!

Just had the oil changed on my car. Team was knowledgeable friendly and efficient. As someone that’s worked at a lube shop it’s hit and miss and easy to get terrible service at places. The people here know what they’re doing and would recommend for oil changes and basic vehicle services.

I came in to get my A/C serviced. I spoke with Caleb over the phone first to get an idea of what I would be needing and a price estimate. He listened to everything I explained to him and was very thorough in his explanation on what I could possibly need. When I came in I was greeted by Nate. He was also very kind at getting me checked in and very transparent on what I would possibly be looking at as an estimate with my service. I enjoyed my experience with Express. They were very helpful with my service and took their time to explain to me in detail the process.

I’ve visited this location several times and the employees have always been nice, informative, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile without even being asked. I truly appreciate the next level service they offer! Recently, I had an emergency service that was completed at this location. It was speculated that it would take only an hour to a half for the repairs, but ended up taking longer due to delivery issues. The service was unscheduled which caused having to scramble to order parts from different suppliers. My tech, Rob H, didn’t let that deter him, and he kept me updated on the repairs and the status of the parts as well as some great conversation. He checked in often and listened to my concerns. Couldn’t ask for a better tech!

The Millbrook, Al location employs some great guys! I have been coming here for years and they are great every time!

My son is 16 and, as his dad, I am trying to teach him the responsibilities of car maintenance. I live in Athens, Ga, and Brittany and Joel were amazing! She went through the entire process of wmexplaing the process and the "why's and hows" for what they did and the explanations of everything to do with maintenance. They were very consultave and not pushy or "salesy."They were very knowledgeable, conversational, and fun to talk to. Kudos to Brittany and Joel, they represent Express Oil Change very well!! We will be back, as we have four vehicles.

Doug eased my anxiety and really helped me out. Would give him six stars if I could.
