In the current climate, the time, effort and dedication shown in safely routing our trip and advocating on our behalf to secure the best options was incredible. Always available throughout the holiday to make sure everything was perfect, it truly felt like a thoughtfully planned experience from start to finish. We recently went on a big group holiday booked by Exquisite Escapes.
Everyone had the most amazing time. The recommendations of destinations, hotels and things to do in each place were spot on.
We travelled to multiple destinations and were booked into lovely hotels.
Everything felt very personalised and steps were taken to make everything feel extra special.
We had last minute flight changes with original flights being cancelled but all amendments were handled seamlessly.
The overall experience was amazing and we were kept in touch for the duration of our trip and flights to make sure everything went smoothly.

Will definitely be booking another trip with you again very soon.

We recently booked our honeymoon to Thailand and Singapore through Shez at Exquisite Escapes, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation we had — we truly couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect, even if we tried.

From helping organise amazing excursions to creating truly special moments like our perfect island dinner and sunset cruise, every detail was handled with such care and precision. These are the moments we’ll remember forever.

On top of that, his support throughout the trip was something we’ve never experienced before. He stayed in touch with us the entire time, checking in and making sure everything was exactly as it should be, which gave us so much peace of mind. Even while he was in Dubai during the bombings, he still made the effort to ensure we were okay — that level of dedication and genuine care meant so much to us.

Our honeymoon is something we will cherish for the rest of our lives, and a huge part of that is thanks to Shez. He went above and beyond in every possible way and created memories for us that we will never forget.

We have trusted Shez now with our holidays since 2020, and everytime he just gets better and better at finding us amazing holidays. We’ve just came back from Thailand
today 19th march.
We went through Abu Dhabi, he picked 3 beautiful hotels in different areas. Krabi, Khao lak and Phuket. He also had transfers from each area to the next. Totally takes the stress out of us having to sort it out.

Of course the war in Iran happened a few hours after we landed in Thailand. Shez kept me informed the whole time and went above and beyond to help us out.

Not only to sort out new flights when the original return flights were cancelled, we had to fly into Paris instead of Manchester .

So on our flight from Abu Dhabi to Paris, Shez had sorted out accommodation in Paris for the night and flights to the UK. Done our online check in and sorted seats. I can’t thank him enough.

What could have been a stressful situation just wasn’t with him. We really appreciate everything that he does for us.

Shez planned and booked our first holiday with our baby and was absolutely excellent. He created a fantastic itinerary, recommended the best places to stay, and secured us a great deal. He kept in touch before and throughout the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly, which gave us real peace of mind. I’ve booked many trips but we have returned from Madrid today, the hotel and transfers where absolutely brilliant! I cannot fault any part of the service. Do you know how it feels to not worry about finding the best hotels, the best flights, the best locations and basically everything else to do with a holiday, on whatever your budget? I do, and for me there’s no turning back. Ive been using Exquisite Escapes for years now and they’re my go to when it comes to travelling. All I have to do is pack! We have been booking with exquisite for the last few years on many holiday's and honestly it’s always a breeze; whether there’s an issue at check in and a 10 hour time difference he always picks up the phone and is ready to help. Everything is made so easy!

Booked a holiday for my husbands birthday and had the best experience ever, from planning to arriving in Dubai!

Shez was able to explore all the options suited for me and cater towards our desires for a perfect holiday! He always kept in touch with us while we were on holiday to make sure we were having a great time. He also recommended all our excursions including Desert Safari, Jet Skiing, Top Golf and even helped us choose a relaxing day at SAL in the Burj Al Arab! We have just returned from an absolutely fantastic two-week trip to Japan, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Shehryar took care of every thing making the whole experience stress free. The itinerary was perfectly planned, from the vibrant energy of Osaka, to the timeless beauty of Kyoto’s temples and gardens, the breathtaking views around Mount Fuji, and the incredible buzz of Tokyo, every destination was unforgettable.

Shehyar took care of every detail, making the entire journey seamless and stress-free. Accommodations were excellent, transport arrangements were smooth, and the schedule allowed plenty of time to explore while still feeling well-organized. His knowledge and recommendations, helped us experience Japan in a truly authentic way.

This is the first time I have ever booked a holiday myself and I was not sure who to book with or what websites to use or who to trust. I had then been referred to try Shez. I have then contacted Shez and the booking was so smooth and Shez knew all my requirements and fulfilled all my needs and the price was brilliant and was cheaper than most places online. On my flight day I was anxious as this was the first time me and my wife was traveling and this was for our honeymoon. Shez stayed in contact until I got on my flight and made sure I was okay before my flight. I had a amazing flight and then I had landed in Qatar and got to my hotel and it was the best holiday I have ever had- Thank you Shez this shall not be the last holiday I book

I booked an Umrah package for myself and my family, including children 20 people in total paying approximately £30,000 in full.

From the beginning, I had concerns about booking with this company but was reassured because a family member knew the owner. Unfortunately, from day one of our trip to Saudi Arabia, the experience was extremely distressing.

The company promised five-star hotels, but the accommodation provided was closer to two-star quality and completely unacceptable for families with children. We were forced to leave and pay for alternative hotels ourselves.

After taking full payment, the owner blocked me and all my family members and refused any communication. We were left stranded in a foreign country with no support.

This trip was meant to be a spiritual and positive experience for my children. Instead, they were left crying and traumatised. As a father, no father want to see he’s little girls crying and be so scared, this is something I will never forget.

I am not writing this about the money. I am writing this because no family should ever go through what we experienced.

I STRONGLY ADVISE FAMILIES NOT TO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I am still requesting a face-to-face meeting with the owner to resolve this matter properly and a full apologies.
