Nadia helped with an accident I had that caused bruising and something stuck in my eye. She saw me within an hour and was so calm, kind and thorough. She understood my concerns and was able to treat me despite my panicking. She also had me wait for a period after treatment to make sure I was ok after the anaesthetic wore off. Couldn’t recommend more if you’re ever in need of urgent care. The staff at reception were also kind and understanding and saw to me quickly.

I was called in for a routine eye exam. Everything explained to me during the appointment and then glasses options also laid out with partial NHS payment. Decided on a mid range and they were certainly more stylish than my current pair!
Some products were recommended for dry and itchy eyes especially with the seasons changing but thankfully I was reassured that my vision itself not affected
Easy to make and change appointments if needed and they send reminders aswel

Went in to spec savers in Faversham to get a pair of glasses I had previously purchased from them mended and was told they could not be fixed.
Crossed the road to eye emporium and the guy in there said no problem and repaired them there and then with no charge.
Will be going there in future for my eye care

I visited the Sittingbourne store for my eye test and Emily, the Optometrist was superb! Most opticians ignore my lazy eye, but not Emily - she was curious and caring and set about tackling the prescription in it ... not because it gets corrected, just because she genuinely took an interest! The news of my eyes beginning to sucum to the aging process was delivered tactfully and the team set about guiding me through choosing a new frame. What an experience, Jamie was incredible, it was like having a personal stylist! Found a pair i LOVE ... very different to my norm and feeling like a new woman! I wasn't able to collect them from Sittingbourne due to work commitments, so the team kindly arranged a fitting appointment for me at Faversham, where i found an equally friendly and skilled team who took the time to ensure my vision was top notch and the frames were fitting comfortably (thank you Sarah and Lewis). Haven't ever had my new specs presented to me so beautifully, it was like being in a high end jewellers... loved it! Thanks all - one very happy lady here!

When I went for my eye check up to the branch in Southside shopping centre in Wandsworth, I received a great service from all staff members. The optician approached me with care and examined me thoroughly. I went home, pleased that my concerns were addressed and I was given a routine to improve my vision.
I was also very impressed with their sense of fashion and style - Opticians with style!

We’ve been coming to this opticians for years and the service has always been amazing. Saida and Sabira at the Willesden branch are outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They’ve also been excellent with my three children, making them feel comfortable and well looked after every time.
