* Ordered a chair, was out of stock offered me another chair I said no and would like a refund
* Said that's no problem will be refunded in 2-3 working days
* Still no refund, asked what was happening and they said they don't know what has happened but they will sort it and refund will be coming through soon
* Still no refund, asked again and did they were sorting it
* Still no refund, asked again
*21 days later still no refund
* Had to get in touch with my bank and they had to refund it and it wasn't a little amount of money either
* Then this "company" had the cheek to contest it, but obviously they were in the wrong so didn't have a leg to stand on and managed to get my refund
