It took 2 months to receive the eye steamer.! I asked for a refund twice and never got one.they said I'd receive it by a certain date.it did not come.when I finnaly got it i used the steamer twice and after that it malfunctioned .another words it didn't work.!!! My advice is please hold onto you hard earned money. The ayrx steamer is junk.craig

Please avoid at all costs. I bought this for dry eyes and the battery sputtered out after a few minutes after full charge. Does not recharge and is useless. Customer service have been unhelpful and asking for video evidence on a non charging battery! So far no replacement and no refund.

I purchased this product and it does not work. They refuse to give me my money back.

Think carefully before purchasing these!

Do not buy this product, waste of money

The company advertised product is false and making claims about their products that are not true. They claim to be selling a steam eye mask that does not operate like described. Also, they claim refunds or cancellation of an item on the same day as acceptable. However, when I cancelled the purchase 2 hours after buying I never received a response and the seller shipped the product the next day.

This product is terrible it barely heats up and produces very little steam. Their guarantee states:

When I told them I wasn't happy they then required me to pay for return shipping before they refund me despite the guarantee that says they will send every single penny back right away with no questions asked and no hassle. I had to file a dispute with American Express.

I ordered this. The mask doesn’t come close fitting my face, nor did it fit 3 of my friends. 1/4 inch gap on both sides and very uncomfortable. Then the left side stopped working after 10 minutes. Finally, the company refused to accept a return because I asked 1 day after 30 days, even though I had previously told them of the problem. Do not buy.

This isn’t a small company as advertised. It’s just drop shipping from china. The box came damaged with no protection. The wand itself is plastic and flimsy. Steam is minimal. Complete scam and a waste of money.

Sent me a broken product and refuse to refund. They keep offering me %40 refund on a useless product!!! Steer clear they are con artists.

To say that their steam wand for dry eyes is useless would be an understatement

It’s also a cheap piece of what i am guessing is Chinese tat

It had zero impact on my dry eyes and was very annoying to use
