First it took forever to get my order...I had to email them to get an update but after that I received them. Im pretty sure they arent the colors I ordered I know i ordered hazel but they are green..not hazel..and then the pupil part is where the problem is...its small and so I cant see anything unless Im in direct sunlight and my actual pupil is dialated.

Awful the contacts are horrible 😢 the consistency is very thin and painful. Customer service does not refund and does not send something to fix this issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I ended up with an eye injury now I have to go to the doctor. Customer service sent a regurgitated answer didn't even pay attention. Though the price was okay don't fall for it! 👁 🧐

Still didn’t get them. Emailed the company 3 times now because of course there’s no phone number. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE
It’s obviously a SCAM

I ordered lenses from this place on August 4th 2026. I reached out to them on August 13th and August 16th with no response. Filed a dispute with PayPal on August 17th and was shown pictures of an address that I do not live at where the package was delivered. The address where the shipment came from is a warehouse that is unoccupied. I want to let others know do not order from this place as it is a SCAM!!!!!!!

I bought Krump Gray. I have dark brown eyes and these are the best, most comfortable contacts I have ever worn. The coverage is incredible. I am so pleased! I can count on 1 hand how many times I’ve left reviews. I had to add this.

I ordered one pair of contacts for an important occasion and still have yet to receive my package. I got a tracking number for Ohio when I clearly put NJ as my shipping address I'm so disappointed I can't get any clear shipping info . No package no 20 dollars back for my package.

I love this company so much, the contacts last so much longer than others. Also, the customer service is exceptional, always there so help and make you feel comfortable. 100000% Recommend these products. I ordered so many of these and will continue to do so. :)
