I didn't have any problems, per se, but if you are going to use them, you should know that they do drive your car. I have an air tag and it showed that my truck was moved from the Crowne Plaza parking lot at EWR to the Hilton parking lot, and then back to Crowne Plaza before I picked it up. About two miles on the odometer. They unplugged my dash cam prior to driving it, which shows that they don't want you to know what they are doing. What would have happened if they wrecked my truck while driving it? A dangerous practice in my opinion. In general, any parking lot where you have to leave your key is probably a bad idea.

So bad!!!!! Damage your car they drive it while your car is there. Desk staff is arrogant they play a game send you an email confirmation then try to screw you if you can't show it at time of pickup you pay much more money all they have to do is look you up in the computer it's a scam JUST AVOID ALL TOGETHER!!!!!!! HIRE SOMEONE WHO IS PLEASENT NOT A LAZY PERSON

Spend a bit more money and get a shuttle that is reliable. Waited almost 2 hours for pick up at airport. Not a good end to a trip. EZ airport park in Toronto is easily the worst parking experience we have had.

Do not trust this company! I reserved a parking lot 4 days before and my reservation was confirmed. When I came 5am morning to park my car they said there is no available space. Everybody can imagine you have only 2 hours to flight and no space to park.

Booked a Space weeks in advance for our trip 7/25/18, Arrived at Ez way parking in Newark airport at 4;00am to find that the lot was FULL, The attendant was not even remotely concerned at the fact that this inconvenience would cause us to possibly miss our flight .would not recommend parking at this lot unless of course you are prepared to miss your flight .With the amount of technology available today it makes no sense that this company cannot mange there bookings properly .. Extremely Disappointed .

They damaged my car while it was parked there. Now they won't return my calls or emails. Have tried repeatedly for 2 weeks. No response. Over $1500 in damages. Do NOT park here!
