While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

This company is using an address of an electric bike mechanic shop that doesn't sell anything like on the EZwheelride website that's at 5612 Geary Blvd San Francisco, CA 94121, United States. The website at that address isn't the same or close to it and either have no links to each other minus the address. The reason I dug into it is because for eg. there are prices to bikes on the site that are lower than what the manufacturer of said bikes charge for shipping! No exaggeration.
I would bet anything that if you don't have a virtual debit card, your card will either be used fairly soon or it will eventually end up in a card dump on the dark web. I suggest using virtual cards on any site you're not 100% sure is legit! FYI your VPN or other online service might offer it for free like mine does. It'll save you from going to your bank or credit union to get your money back from the unauthorized use of your card.
This site is def too good to be true. And also, it says on their site "Trusted Dealer on Google/Trustpilot" with both of their logos but no link. That again was super suspicious.
Please be smart my friends. I know you want to save money, but keep looking on sites and markets you know you can at least get a refund from like Ebay or something. Or get it used or open box to save money. Or non OEM. GL out there! Have a safe and great summer!
