Terrible & disgusting


We are very disappointed with this booking.
The directions took us to the wrong location and when we arrived to the car park the van was disgusting, we were charged £17 but were told £7 after we booked.
This was not specified at the time of the booking.
The whole process was so stressful and to make it worse the booking in & parking process was so long winded.
The driver took ages to complete the process while we were feeling sick in the dirty van. Waited for nearly 30 minutes before leaving for the airport.
Not a good start to our long awaited holiday.
I would request a full refund and compensation for this terrible & disgusting experience.

First class service and good value.

Easy to book this service online and good value for money compared to many other Heathrow parking options. Excellent communications throughout. Calls were answered quickly and the driver reconfirmed the collection and delivery of our car for both the departure and arrival times so very happy with the service we received.

Booked an cancelled

If I could give less than 1 I would, this site and their customers service is shocking.
I have sent numerous emails after having to cancel the booking but all I have got back is fobbed off replies saying they have a technical error on their system.
Avoid booking with this lot full stop

ADDITIONAL COSTS OVER £50

ADDITIONAL COSTS OVER £50!
Falsely advertised price, without mentioning additional £13 cost per entrance to carpark on initial booking platform, and when mentioned in the email, was £10.

Car returned with damage, and over 200 additional miles on clock, plus loss of 1/2 tank of fuel. Customer services hang up on you and you are not allowed to write review on their website.

AVOID!

Scam company they use fake reviews and fake parking sites your car gets dumped and used i even recived a Dartford crossing pcn Avoid at all cost believe pay a proper company here u will have damaged vehicle and fines and u will be late im taking them to court

A company of scammers and thieves, I canceled my parking a month ago and did not get my money back, do not buy parking there, there is a Facebook page of people who were scammed by them.

Airport Car Parking Service

Staff were very welcoming and helpful and provided a very efficient service. Informed them of my time of arrival and, once parked up, a car was waiting to take me straight to the airport. Returning was just as simple, called once I had landed and within 10 minutes I was being picked up by a driver. My car was parked in a safe location and had no damage or items missing upon return

DO NOT USE

Absolutely shocking service arrived at the entrance and the gate was locked, directed us a different way twice which brought us back to the same locked gate. They then stopped answering the door phone. Eventually the gate opened. We were then charged £13 per car for a £6 drive on fee. The mini bus took that long to leave we nearly missed our flight. I will never use again, or recommend this firm, I only left 1* because I couldn’t leave 0*.

Watch for hidden fees …

Booked online and no information regarding requirements to pay additional charges and fees. Find out that they take you to the very expensive short-term car park where you must pay £13 in Stansted to exit before they will take your car and it’ll be the same on the way back so when you book for this lot add an extra £26 on for the hidden fees they are charging.

SCAM SCAM SCAM...UNINSURED DRIVERS

SCAM SCAM SCAM.... Do not use this company. Booking may appear easy, but the service is diabolical x 100. Shame theres not an option for no stars. We waited an hoir and a half for our car tp be picked up, 10 phone calls made and all we got from a man speaking in broken English, it early in morning, 5 min, 1 min , excuse after excuse. We just made our flight. On our return, we again follpwed their procedure, which promises to deliver your car in 30 minutes. Again several calls made, being told 5 minute then after 1 hour being told we cant find your key. They eventually turned up after another 40 minutes. However they had a polive escort. After speakkng to the police we were told basically, theyre a dodgy company, who use uninsured drivers, who do this all the time, but then close down the company and open up a new company, which have great reviews. Please pay the extra and only use the airports officialmeet and greets or carparks

Stanstead airport parking SMG Park &…

Stanstead airport parking SMG Park & Ride through EzyBook Very, very disappointed we were asked to hand over our car keys, the place was out of the way messy & muddy, no toilets, shuttle bus muddy, charged £20. Extra for arriving early and extra £10 for taking and collecting from airport with their dirty bus.
Owner was very rude. But staff were polite, customer should be made aware at the time of booking of any extra charges. I will not use this place again.

I am disappointed with the service. Avoid at all costs

I am disappointed with the customer service I’ve received from Ezy Bookings. After making a booking, I was charged a different amount than what was originally agreed. When I raised this issue, I was simply told to contact my bank instead of being properly assisted.

I then tried to resolve the matter directly with Ezy Bookings, but it has been an exhausting experience. I’ve been passed from one person to another with no clear answers or accountability. I’ve also sent multiple emails and have been in correspondence with Rohit and Jessica, yet nothing has been resolved.

To make matters worse, I was even asked to provide my bank details, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It has now been three weeks, no one is picking up calls, and I still have not received my refund.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating and stressful experience. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Ezy Bookings.
