Please beware of excessive over parking charges that you are not informed before using this company and others.
I got stranded in Dubai due to the bombing and tried several times to contact this company but no joy. On return to pick up my car, l was charged £15 per day extra for each day overnight. Even though l used them 3 to 4 times per year, they will not reduce this charges which l feel is too excessive.

I don’t know how they have positive reviews. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID! I booked parking for April with included free cancellation and after seeing reviews I cancelled 2 days after. I was promised my refund within 7-14 days and it’s been a month. When I chased up I was able told payment system was down. Since then they don’t reply to any emails. I’m having to go through my bank for my refund! Avoid avoid avoid.

Both on arrival and departure the experience was beyond abysmal. They were 45 mins late when I arrived resulting in me having to rush to catch my plane. I had to pay extra for ticket as they make you pay this (in the small print!). I didn't believe this could be topped but were over 50 mins late when returning my car. The car had loads of baked on bird pooh on it - Absolute cowboys (insulting cowboys probably!)

Avoid this company like the plague. Arrived at Stanstead at 10pm and finally got the car at 12.20 am. If you like hanging around airports on a Sunday for 2 hrs crack on. Excuse was didnt have any drivers, the thing that makes my blood boil is the fact that we would of got a cab and picked up ourselves. Didn't even pay the car park £10 on collection as a bit of compensation. For someone who is flying in and out of the country every month, I've never experienced such bad incompetence before. EZYBook can do one in future.

If i could give company 0 stars I would. I cancelled my booking within 24 hours, they replied and cancelled my order. I email twice asking for my refund - radio silence. I emailed a third time, I got a reply explaining their payment system is down "if" it comes back then they will look into a refund. Pardon, are they ok?! This is absolutely disgusting! I then offered to supply my back details for a transfer or card machine. Shock horror - radio silence. Avoid like the plague!

Great customer service. Called the mobile number once we’d collected our luggage and our car was at the agreed location within 30 minutes! With definitely recommend

I booked with this company but I had to cancel - I gave 5 days notice( only require 48 hours) I should receive a full refund as I had taken an insurance but after sending 10 emails I am still waiting for my full refund( i have been refunded £15 less for admin) I am not getting any replies to my emails and phone number provided ( rung 15 times) just goes to playing music . I have not been able to speak to anyone.

On Arrival we called up 30 mins prior to reaching the airport and yet the driver was about 2.00 hours late. Also driver not received my phone call and customer service team they said 10 minutes, 10 minutes they late 2 hours No apologies! 👎

Major damage to vehicle by this company
On arrival at Heathrow on 6th January had to repeatedly call the company to find out where they were then on arriving back in the UK 6 weeks later when the driver arrived with my car he parked the car in a bay handed over the keys and car park ticket, I turned round driver gone nowhere to be seen, on walking round my car I have a scratch from front nearside all the way to the back, the windscreen has a 5 inch cracked down the centre and two very big stone chips and the car smelt of cigarettes, I called the company before leaving the airport I was told nothing to do with him and to call another number, the guy on the second number told me to take pictures and email there complaints department which I did on returning home, to date I still haven't received a reply or a phone call.
I advise anyone not to use this company, they do not deserve the 1 star that I couldn't remove. This company needs taking down.

Very disappointing experience after booking the meet and greet service at Luton.
Communication with reception was very poor, potentially due to a language barrier, as everything had to be repeated several times. Even though I followed the instructions and called 30 minutes before arrival, the driver called again while we were driving to check where we were, which felt unnecessary and disruptive.
The worst part was the pick-up. The number provided simply did not answer the phone and kept us waiting. After I sent a message with our confirmation number and informed them of our arrival, we still had to wait outside for more than an hour to get our car back. The reception number either did not answer or, when they did, kept saying the driver would arrive in 5 minutes — but the driver only arrived after 20 minutes.
A lot of time wasted. Never again.
