The customer service is not helpful. Through 2 weeks of email in order to try to get a resolution for duplicate order and charge, I have received responses from 6 different people. With no agent having any context I have had to repeat myself and not gotten any closer to resolving this issue. At this point I am out 630.97 in total. 230.98x2 on subscriptions and 169.01 on additional items. I have received 1 box and have been told that all shipments will be held due to our dispute. Careful when you click. This all started when the website threw an error message the first time I clicked to order. I clicked to order a second time and it got us in this mess. Assuming you get the order in without needing to contact support this could be a good service, but I can say I am exhausted from dealing with FabFitFun.

I was genuinely excited to try FabFitFun after my sister raved about her seasonal box (which came with six great items). I ordered the starter box and only received three items, which I understand is technically “normal” — but the box arrived damaged and dirty, with what looked like stains (like, actually gross), making the whole experience feel used and unhygienic.
When I contacted customer support, I got a vague apology and was told they could send me a random replacement item — but I wasn’t even told what it would be. There was no real acknowledgment of the condition the box arrived in. It felt like they just wanted me to go away.
This was supposed to be a fun intro to the brand, but it honestly left a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend the starter box — and honestly, the lack of real customer care has me rethinking the entire service.

I ordered my box on June 14, with two add on items. I was, however, disappointed to see that it would take about 4 weeks for my to receive it, as the delivery stated July 12th. But I thought “oh well, I’ll still get my box.” I then, later noticed that the incorrect size for a workout tank top was in my box - it should be noted that it was not very clear where I should put my correct size. I contacted customer service, where I messaged an online AI bot, but then was transferred to a human named Pat G. He was very kind and sympathetic to my issues but made it clear that there was nothing that could be done, even though the box has not shipped yet. He, once again, stated that he was sorry and that he would give me a $10 voucher for my tank top - it should also be noted that the tank top is worth $40. I will be canceling my subscription and I suggest no one order from here again.

Received a gift certificate for an annual subscription last year, subsequently moved to the UK and paid for the taxes and shipping on top and received it for the year in the UK. Didn’t realise they would charge that account (PayPal) for another years subscription, but they did. Tried to complain through PayPal and they declined saying the seller is in the right. Fine. Let me log in and make sure it’s being sent to the right address. No account exists. Per them they deleted it due to the dispute. Now they say I need to provide billing information to get the account reactivated TO GET THE PRODUCT I ALREADY PAID FOR. Called to see what they mean. No one can find the account for it to even be reactivated. I’ve paid $311 for something I won’t receive. Stay clear of them.

FabFitFun charged my card without permission then refused to refund it. Credit card company had to step in to help. Hope this review helps other people.

Terrible I subscribed a few years ago and it was awesome great product great options now it cheap crap that’s is not worth a dime. Their customer service is BS between box choices and edit sales since the start of the year they’ve messed up 5 yes 5 orders not worth it anymore! Earring break, wrong size rings, wrong colors, don’t match the pictures, Retail $20 item was advertised as a $50 mystery gift, retail not sale $20. And I had to fight to cancel my annual because I would have never paid for ma year to get this crap and still only got about 1/3 of what I paid and only 2 boxes. Stay away and save your money for things that belong in a junk drawer

First few deliveries at the onset were great. A lot if choices, prime products.
Now? Same old but smaller containers. How much cream can one use. The stuff looks like junk. The tarrifs put a fun spin too for Canadians.
Def not worth ~claimed 250$. Flat I canceled.

I never got my box which they said left the warehouse but it was several months after I placed the order. Also they were going to refund me for my future boxes. My total cost was $239 and they said three boxes of that was $160 which does not math. It's an absolute rip off. They also said they were refund half of the box I never received instead of the full price which is ridiculous I never got the box.

They charge for a subscription before you can look to see what’s available or in stock. I was charged before I saw items listed on their social media were sold out that would have been worth the money. I had to go through their entire selection process before I could cancel the subscription. I canceled it within 10 minutes of being charged and they wouldn’t refund the order and said they would still ship something I didn’t want. It was an AI bot that wasn’t helpful and only reiterated what I already saw on their website. The payment method I had on file was from when I had a subscription over 5 years ago. I should have checked before hand to make sure no payment method was on file, had I done that I wouldn’t have been charged upfront.

I really appreciate Fab Fit Fun customer service they are ready to help & I did get my wish to customize the entire box & for awhile I was not a member because of financial hardships but now I decided to be an Annual member because I could put funds for the whole year. I love all the choices for summer box 2025! Thank you Fab Fit Fun for allowing me to become a member again. Your the best !

I LOVE FabFitFun! This month I had some extra expenses. I wish that I could have been able to just skip the summer box without cancelling my subscription altogether. I’m sure that I will rejoin for the Fall.

Overcharged by $70. I have screen shots of what I was to be charged. When brought to costumer service they just argued. The next day, they changed what I was to be charged by $100. I’ve been a member for 15 years. I just wonder how many times I’ve been overcharged. I cancelled subscription. Very pushy business practice.

Don’t do it. I paid upfront and halfway through decided to cancel because the choices of items were really lame. I canceled my subscription Thinking I would be reimbursed. However,they still sent me a box and refused to fully reimburse me. In the end, When I should’ve been reimbursed $60 a box (total of $120) they would only reimburse me $31. What a joke. So I spent $90 for something I will never receive. And there’s nothing I can do about it because I paid up full upfront. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM.

A few times when I would order higher value items on a good sale the order would “go missing” and they would credit me for the sale, felt scammy. Was charged an additional $72usd shipping without being told on the renewal due to “tarrifs” when we all know who started that one… lots of super cheap products quality wise and terrible customer service.

I called FFF Customer Service twice. Both Abby and Mack were great at assisting me!! Wonderful customer service!! I had originally called to cancel, but Abby talked me into staying on. They were both very helpful and answered all of my questions.
