Not received my order, tried to get in contact via email and social media over the past week, no response!

Your order was unfortunately affected during a recent website hosting migration, and it didn’t come through properly to our new system. As a result, we missed it until you flagged the issue. By the time we became aware, the item had already sold out, and we offered a full refund right away.

Not received yet so really can't score. Edit. Received half of order now.

Nothing has gone wrong just not received one yet and the other one is out of stock -Awaiting delivery.
EDIT!!.received today half of my order. It's lovely . Very very well packed...in fact I would say 27 sheets of quite thick tissue paper (THE COST!!) wrapped around a small box which was in an overly large box was a bit extreme. I understand the need for protecting but a bit OTT. Of course we can reuse the tissue paper so it won't go into recycling or landfill.

I have made two purchases from Faber…

I have made two purchases from Faber and Mirth. The first was delivered promptly and was well received. Unfortunately, I didn't add a house number on my second order and I needed it to go abroad. I phoned the company and they ensured my purchase arrived on time! My mistake but they were very helpful and rectified it. The purchase is now with the recipient in Spain! Great service, super products, many thanks!

I ordered an artichoke candle holder…

I ordered an artichoke candle holder and it was really well made, well glazed and bigger than expected. The earrings I ordered did not match the photo exactly but were nice enough to keep. The yorkie dog hair clip was exactly as expected. A good experience overall.
