Not received my order, tried to get in contact via email and social media over the past week, no response!
Order was placed and I was charged, had no refund or update on the progress of my order which was placed over 3 weeks ago.

EDIT!!.received today half of my order. It's lovely . Very very well packed...in fact I would say 27 sheets of quite thick tissue paper (THE COST!!) wrapped around a small box which was in an overly large box was a bit extreme. I understand the need for protecting but a bit OTT. Of course we can reuse the tissue paper so it won't go into recycling or landfill.

I have made two purchases from Faber and Mirth. The first was delivered promptly and was well received. Unfortunately, I didn't add a house number on my second order and I needed it to go abroad. I phoned the company and they ensured my purchase arrived on time! My mistake but they were very helpful and rectified it. The purchase is now with the recipient in Spain! I ordered an artichoke candle holder and it was really well made, well glazed and bigger than expected. The earrings I ordered did not match the photo exactly but were nice enough to keep. The yorkie dog hair clip was exactly as expected. A good experience overall.

Candlestick came in good time with no hitches. I love it. It is quirky and yet functional. Thank you Fable snd mirth.

Must have been made by child,really poor finish no way worth the price I paid absolutely shocking. Definitely not recommend too anyone.

Straight forward ordering process, check out and delivery. Package really well protected with blue tissue paper in a box - all resuable and no plastic.
