Lovely item and although it was a long wait for delivery they kept me updated. Delivery was good too. Only trouble is there’s a split in the wood - despite excellent packaging - which is a shame :(

I stumbled across FableRoom by accident and I am glad I did. Bought some key pieces that bring a touch of love and comfort to my new build house. Will be my go to company from now on. Always quick to respond and give realistic time frames for delivery. Would love to keep this a secret. Far superior to the likes of Next and other high end brands.

Rug and cushion purchase
We purchased a rug and cushion from FableRoom. Unfortunately, the cushion was not to our liking - nothing wrong with the quality, just the wrong colour. The return process was straightforward and speedy.
The rug however was perfect. The quality was as good as those we've seen elsewhere at more than double the price, and suited our requirements perfectly. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Firstly they delivered the wrong item
Firstly they delivered the wrong item. On top of that, the item has cracks in it. Then when they said a courier can collect the wrong items, the company wouldn’t let me pick a day that I was in to collect. I just gave up and kept them because it’s draining
