I ordered a soft toy Highland cow. On the advert it was quite cute. What I got in the post 2 months after I ordered it, looked like roadkill. Nothing resembling what I ordered. My advice - don't order from them

I didn’t even want to leave 1 star . So wish I’d seen other reviews before I tried to get the 2 highlander cows. It’s been 2 mths numerous emails and still no highland cows or refund. 1st order went to Belfast I live near Newcastle England. They did send another which I tracked eagerly . Then tracking said it was being assessed for damage I emailed to be told keep tracking . It said then damaged beyond repair to ring 17 track so I did which said the same get in touch with sender. So I have spent this last wk emailing back and forth. They say I refused the delivery so I can’t have a refund even though I sent them the photos of the tracking saying it was too damaged to be delivered . Please don’t buy from them I hope they are stopped disgusting what they are doing. Unfortunately looks like they are still selling Fraudsters 2mtjs from Sept to Nov

Do not ORDER any thing from this company. Utter SCAM. Took my money sent tracking details, parcel apparently lost at Cardiff. They send néw tracking details, that you can not log on to. Won't give u a refund!!!! TOTALLY SCAMMED!!!!
With Christmas coming, please don't use this company!!!

What went wrong this time you ask??!! Another shoddy company with shoddy goods. Another shoddy person (hope you're proud of yourself!) advertising a delightful looking weighted highland cow complete with warming pouch. The reality....once it FINALLY arrived after having to chase it for 2 months....was , well, SHODDY. It's disgusting that these folk are allowed to advertise utter crap & get away with it.

Can’t leave less than 1 star review which is 1 star more than they deserve. Nearly 2 months since I ordered. Contacted them 3 times and all I keep getting is tracking link when I contact. Supposedly item has been in manchester depot for over 20 days now. I have noticed they have changed name to Cumfurt now in Paypal payee list. Heave raised a case with Paypal for a refund and they have to 24th to resolve. Do not buy from Fablaurant or Cumfurt because the items won’t arrive. If I can help just one person then this review is worth it!

still waiting after a month for my 2 plush toy cows all im getting is update on order and ive send a few emails now l think ive been scammed im a pensioner why are they allowed to do this

Awful, cheap c…, nothing like as advertised

Absolute cheap inferior rubbish. Bought a 36c cup bra that is really a 32a. I couldn’t even pull it up properly. Asked for a return they offered £2 and refused to pay return postage.
Avoid like the plague. Scam artists

Completely torn to pieces by our cockapoo in under 5 minutes.

Spent £17.99 on the toy and postage, they offered me £6 compensation after submitting detailed photos. The alternative is to post it back to China at my expense (no, they are NOT based in USA as they suggest), they will inspect it, and possibly send me a new one - which of course would be pointless. I mail them every week, they've stopped replying now.

All I can say is don’t order from this site, if you need to return anything you cannot !!
They say you have to pay the cost to return to China and is very expensive.

Bought a pack of 3 strapless bras from Facebook site,studied their size chart to get correct size,they sent sizes that wouldn't fit a doll !! When I asked for a refund they offered me £1 !!! Now trying to claim back via PayPal

Bought bra seen advertised on Facebook ordered G cup this came and it was tiny and very poor quality. The fact it is clearly not the correct size, I messaged them expecting to get an exchange or return for a refund but no they don’t do refunds and offered me £1 compensation. The product is not fit for purpose and I feel very disappointed I was so gullible to buy this item, wish I had came to read reviews on the company first. The reviews in the comment on Facebook must be fake.

This company send poor quality items nothing like advertised on their website.
On a £25 order offer3d me £4 refund which i have declined.

These are fake copies on an item which are not fit for use and are cheaply made and 3 sizes too small.

I ordered a pack of 3 strapless bras, received them within a couple of weeks. When opening them it was more than clear that they weren't the size I ordered! After getting in contact with them, all they came up with was it'll cost me more than the value of them to send them back! and we'll compensate you £2!!! What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THAT DOESN'T HAVE A RETURNS POLICY!!!!

I order a strapless bra from this company. First it took three weeks to arrive and upon arrival it was clearly not the size i ordered. The fabric was really poor and the images in site did not replicate what was sent
I contact the company to ask to return it, which after numerous emails, they said I could return it as the cost would be too much for ME...
They first offered me £1 and then £3, to which I obviously refused. They have now stopped emailing me and u have no information on how to return this item or get a refund.
My advise is stay well clear of this site, you will only get ripped.off

This company to be avoided at all cost I bought three bras at 40 D. They look as if they fit somebody with a 32A bust all I want to do is send them back and get a refund no way could that be done? They’ve offered me now £6 avoid please as you’re gonna lose money. I wish I looked at this site before I bought them.

Purchased a dog toy said if destroyed would replace. Was offered £3, also ordered bras they are not the sizes they state. About 4 inches to short. Absolute rubbish comoany. Sell items not fit for purpose

I bought the indestructable dog toy for my dog as she rips everything up.i received, it gave to my dog within 30 mins she had ripped the ears off. I .paid nearly £20 with delivery, insurance, fees.I contacted customer support and was offered £2.00 or told to return with me paying return fees. i said no they offered me £4. They are still telling me i have to pay return fees.I gave one star because had no choice, i would not give any stars at all

Wish I had seen these reviews before I placed an order! The bras that came were about 4 inches away from meeting! Offered a £3 refund which went up to £6. I quoted their own returns policy to them and am still awaiting a response! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE
