worst customer service of my life
I have purchased pants from this company for years. I receive promotional sale offers from them almost daily. In Dec./2023 I purchased 3 pairs of corduroy stretch jeans from them. I wanted to exchange 2 pairs because I did not want the color of 1 pant when it arrived and the other pair were incorrectly sized. I communicated this immediately and they responded they would take care of this problem and asked that I send them the vat or style number of the pant too small. They then told me, in writing, there was a problem with that lot, they knew it and would find me a replacement. I never heard from them again. I returned the pants to them since I could not get them to send me a return shipping label, I have proof of delivery and they have neither replaced the pants, refunded my money nor answered emails or phone calls. It is almost 3 months since I returned the pants. I want my $234.00 back!
