MU flosser worked fine until recently when power diminished. Smile reacted swiftly and have promised a replacement.

I ordered 2 smile water flossers the delivery was amazing next day and no extra cost
Packaged well read instructions and used the product and it does exactly as it says on the box
Read reviews here and was slightly worried but can honestly say I’m 100% happy so far

Great customer service, I had a problem with my smile toothbrush, I sent a video explaining the problem. There was a very quick response and they sent me a new toothbrush straight away. Wasn't expecting that but I'm pleased that there was no fuss and excuses. Ready pleased with my toothbrush and great customer service.

The toothbrush looked very nice but it's not just not for me as it vibrates too much on my teeth as I have sensitive teeth.Smile therapy very kindly offered me a refund,however I have not received a refund.
Asked for a refund several weeks ago.I followed all instructions of what address to send it back to & kept proof of postage.
Despite sending emails regarding refund no one has got back to me.
I am very disappointed & feel let down.

I have not received my teeth whitening refills they ordered a second delivery and have still not received the order !!! And still have not been refunded

Really really terrible quality of product. Have emailed to get a refund as product broke on second use. No contact number. All their reviews on the website are fake.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased a water flosser from this crappy company. It has all the water pressure of a peeing house fly. They refuse to refund me unless I cover the cost of sending it back. Trading standards complaint being made. Do not buy anything from them!

Ordered and paid for a teeth whitening kit, was told delivery in 1 - 2 working days, that was a week ago, my emails to them enquiring where it is have been ignored so they have basically just stolen £29.99 off of me.

Very disappointed with the water floser I ordered. Very poor quality, locking system was already broken and water pressure is also insufficient. Please don't let them scam you. I'm sending it back on my own expenses as they do not provide return label.
Poor servise all together.

Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner product from AJ Sells Ltd at £24.99 was absolutely useless. Advertised with a no quibble 30 day return yet they failed to respond to my request for their address to return it 11 days after purchase. With no response I contacted Paypal who took over. 3 Days later Seller bizarely offered Paypal a refund for me of £12.50 if I kept the faulty product. I obviously declined.
Paypal gave them a further 14 days to refund my £24.99 which seller failed to do. Paypal then fully refunded my payment. I should have checked out these crooks on Trustpilot first as the numerous negative comments speak for themselves.

Terrible electric toothbrush, not worth the money at all. Going to try and get a refund but doesn't look promising.

Do not buy from this company I received a faulty water flosser and returned it with their refund policy terms. They day they can't find my product even though I have given them the tracking info. They said the tracking info was incorrect which it wasn't as Australia post Confirmed it was delivered. I'm still waiting for my refund and have contacted consumer protection

Water flosser failed after a couple months. Poor customer service, slow response and delaying tactics including requesting a video of a non-functioning product. Don't waste your money or time - you could find yourself claiming money back via Section 75 credit card rules. There are better flossers and companies out there.

I was scammed by this crowd. I paid for products back in early December 2022 but to this day have not received anything. Received numerous emails from the seller telling me the product is on the way. Never arrived
