This company acts dumb or acts like a scammer or possibly BOTH. Don’t DO BUSINESS WITH Smile Therapy.co.uk This is not an isolated case, they have horrendous reviews. I purchased an in Sterling on a Sterling card, but they bill in the country’s currency the item is sent i.e. in this case Euros using a preferential exchange rate which no doubt benefits them. They fail to take U.K. VAT off the customs value, resulting in European customers adding VAT to an already VAT price product. They then inflated the customer-declared price by 25%. The net result I end up paying VAT ON VAT an inflated declared price. Total screw-up! This is unresolved since the order was placed on 9 Dec 2022. Their teeth whitening item purchased is overpriced and not value for money. DON’T BUY FROM Smile Therapy.co.uk terrible customer service. They must be doing some kind of scam?

I ordered 3 oral irrigators which arrived in Australia. The one I kept stopped working before it was recharged for the first time. I sent them an email twice and eventually they asked me to send a video showing what was wrong!! I sent an email back saying it doesn't even turn on so no point in a video. Despite me sending 2 more emails I've received no response an it's 16th February. They must be a con. I intend to communicate with UK consumer affairs.

Disgusting ordered never sent said sending another never sent ask for money back said they had refunded me no they haven't stay well away

Wish I had read the reviews on here. ☹ I bought a water flosser off them 20/12/22 and now 5 weeks after delivery it has gone faulty.
No response to my emails ☹.
Grrrr.

I never received my order. I’ve emailed them and no one has responded

Ordered an ultrasonic tooth cleaner intended to be a gift for Christmas - box arrived poor quality and appeared opened, so tested the item. Sure enough, would not charge and they requested a 'proof' video of the item not charging - this was provided then all further emails and return request ignored.

Had to go via the bank to obtain refund - avoid this company at all costs

I purchased a Water Flosser in November that wasn’t fit for purpose. Difficulty obtaining return address but eventually got it. I was advised refund would not be given as item had been used and was a hygiene item. No mention of this on the website.
I believe item was of poor quality and unfit for purpose. The only way I became aware of this was by using it!
I was asked to provide a video which I felt was simply a ploy to delay providing a refund.
After almost 3 months of futile email exchanges I have today asked my Credit Card provider to dispute the Transaction.

Ordered one of their teeth whitening kits before Christmas, was sent a fake email claiming I needed to pay customs so I sent back the order, got in contact with the company and they assured me I’d get a refund. IM STILL WAITING. Can’t get through to them anymore through email. Fake company stay away!

The reviews on here are harsh.
Delivery was quick and free. My purchase was on sale. Good quality and nothing damaged.

Delivery next working day as promised, amazingly efficient service. Not sure what my dentist would say, but after first use the product (ultrasonic tooth cleaner) seems to be effective. Lack of usage instructions though.

Ordered in the sale in December. Still no item and no response via email. Give this company a miss at all cost. Utterly useless at everything involved in running an online business. Sponsored push as well via Google total sham..

Really disappointing! Faulty water flosser and I’ve tried on numerous occasions to contact them but no reply! Would not recommend this company to anyone

Tracking number doesn't exist, customer service is only an email address and nobody replies , I didn't receive my item and I don't think I will

No product received, tracking number invalid, no reply to emails. Wish I had checked here first.

Although I returned items from my order, customer service was helpful and provided the returns address and instructions for the return. A refund was issued promptly.

Ordered on 5th Jan. Got email with tracking number on 6th stating it had shipped. Tracking number brings up absolutely no information so I'm now starting to think it's a fake number and that I shall never see the item. Please avoid this company.

Ordered and received a sonic toothbrush in October 2022. Became faulty early December , so emailed for a refund. Only reply I got was to tell me I was outside the 30 day returns policy. A further 3 emails to them have not even been replied to. Obviously a scam company and I should’ve stuck to my instinct not to use companies who advertise on Facebook. Just have to accept the loss😒.

I purchased from here without reading the reviews. Spent just short of £50 on debit card, no PayPal option. I read reviews after purchase and my heart sank, knowing how hard it would be to get a refund on my debit card. I emailed the company for reassurance that my package was coming but I heard nothing back. I was sent a tracking number, saying it was being delivered via Amazon, with Royal Mail. It promised on the website next day delivery. It didn't come. However the tracking was updated. Low and behold my package was delivered 3 days later and full tracking was kept up to date! Products were ok, would not have paid full price for them (I purchased in New Year sale, so half price). Where everyone's packages are is beyond me, I didn't have any trouble with this site. I would have liked an email in response to reduce my anxiety however!
