They are cheaters and playing fraud with customers by selling cheap quality of cloths and no one can contact them neither on mail nor on call.

Their support system is worst, they will never reply to the emails. Total waste of money if you buying anything from FactoryCart. I advise to not buy anything.

There is no proper helpline number nor is there any reply to the mail, it is a fraud, none of my orders have arrived for the last one month, I have not received any update

Request all of you please raise a complaint about this fraudulent company on online consumer portal and teach him a lesson । They refund my money after I complained at the consumer help line ।

CRED App recently i order L size t-shirt 300rs . order received 15 days after. and look like very cheap material and right arm bottom yellow Stain.

I had ordered a shirt a few days ago through Cred's discount coupon but when I received it, it was not as shown in the photo. I tried to contact the company but no response is coming to my email or message or call. I sent many emails but no response. Incoming call facility is not available on their calling number. So it was a fraud company. So you should not purchase any cloths or anything from them.

This is fraud company do not order anything from their website or through cred. You will never receive any product from them nor you will be able to contact them. This is big scam going on in the name of Factorycart.in. I am suprised that cred is tied up with such a fraud.Stay away stay safe.

I ordered a winter grey hoodie on factorycart then I received the parcel also When I opened the parcel it was not in good quality. So immediately I raised a request for return. Till today no response from the company. Hence I emailed 3times regarding my query no response till today. My order no #31744.I emailed on 26-1-2026 till today no response from the company.

Factory Cart appears to be a completely fraudulent company. They display attractive, professional images on their website, but the actual products delivered are entirely different and of extremely poor quality.
I ordered one shirt after seeing the images on their website. However, what I received was a cheap, low-quality product that did not match the images or description at all. It looked like roadside or used material.
After receiving the product, I immediately requested a return. Unfortunately, there has been no response from Factory Cart despite multiple emails and phone calls. Their customer service is non-existent.
This experience clearly indicates that they mislead customers with fake images and cheat buyers by sending substandard products.
My sincere advice:
Do not trust the images shown on their website. Do not place any orders. You are likely to be cheated.

They are scammer, believe it. I placed an order 10 days ago through cred and not a single update has been given to me. Tried contacting them through number, emails and support no reply. My order was pre paid and now my money is lost.

Do not buy anything from cred and not from factorycart as well they have no channel to contact. It's like scam only no tracking of product and nothing.

Update received the order but they are not what I actually ordered one is XXL with different colour other one is large again colour difference

i have placed order going though CRED, today i received the product but the size is not correct, now there is no option to return or exchange, i can't even see the ordered product on there website as well as on CRED. The mobile no. is always says "the no. cannot receive incoming calls".

I had ordered from this site seeing ad on Instagram. Many influencers has done collaborations with them. So Thought to try it out. and put an order on 23rd September 2025. and I recieved a mail saying Order confirmed and will reach you 3-4 days. But Now it's been more than a month and I still haven't recieved my order. I have tried to contact them and still not any positive response from them
