My first appointment was a horrible disaster. The doc didn't show face, and I lost time at work due to taking an extended lunch break for nothing. I contacted the support team, and they immediately set up another appointment with another doctor, who squared me away almost immediately. He answered every question I had thoroughly, and went above and beyond for me. These guys KNOW how to make it up to you, if something does go wrong. Their customer support team responded immediately during busy workday hours, and I do NOT regret choosing FadeMD.

Although I only renewed, the process was smooth both times.

The process was super simple, I filled out an application and a couple days later had my video call. He verified what conditions I have and was able to approve me for a healthcare provider certification. In total the whole process took maybe 15 minutes (10 to fill out application and 5 for the video call). Definitely recommend.

I had difficulty registering with the DOH (my address wasn't matching the PO, a common problem I found out) The doctor approved me before obtaining my ID # on condition that I get one soon after. I called the DOH help desk twice (the second time an associate helped me complete the application) After providing my ID # to FadeMD and completing info on your end, I was able to pay my fee (all less than two hours) I now have my ID card in hand on 6/16/25.

Has helped me multiple renewals in a row and they make it simple and efficient. I probably won't go anywhere else.

Great service

My experience was marvelous. I called up made an appointment same day. I was interviewed by the doctor gave him my information.And within an hour, I was ordering my pharmacy products, quick and painless.
