It was simple and easy. The MD was nice and helpful, easy to deal with. The call came in at the scheduled time. All went well.

Had the certification about a half hour…

Had the certification about a half hour after the appointment (which was really simple and less than 15 minutes) and since i had already started my state application (only lacking the certification & credit info) i was state approved within an hour of the appointment! Being less expensive than everyone else is an added bonus to a good deal.
