Great communication and very knowledgeable, making a very easy process

Fantastic service received. No pressure to book. Found us a great deal on our recent trip to Mexico. My wife is very indecisive and John was super patient with her constant questions and mind changes. Will always now choose to chat with John to book our holidays. We have already booked an amazing priced holiday to tenerife for 2027. Takes all the hassle out of scouring holiday sites for best deals. Thanks John at Fairclough Travel

Nothing is too much trouble including his time to talk to you. And as someone who needs to talk through things is an absolute god send than just online

We sent a hotel choice , when the hotel then tried to charge extra for a roll away bed , Jon got straight back to us and with his help located another hotel nearby which will be better for our larger than average party
