What a great music store with great service!! Initially I called and spoke to someone over the phone about whether they sold Saxophones, the man I spoke to was super friendly and helpful and gave some great advice and told me about three they had available in store at really reasonable prices. I took my son in this week to view the saxophones and to hopefully purchase one. On arrival Jay greeted us straight away and he was also very friendly and helpful and pointed us in the direction of the saxophones, we quickly purchased a reconditioned one and we are very happy with it. Whilst we were at the store my son who plays keyboard and guitar was loving looking around and Jay encouraged him to try out the piano's and a few electric guitars which to my amazement he played a little, (he is at that awkward age).. Jay has almost certainly created future sales from us as I will be back in around Christmas time to buy the electric guitar and amp he showed us and possibly a digital piano in the future. I will definitely recommend the store to anyone looking to buy new or any reconditioned instruments, there is lots of choice and more importantly friendly, knowledgeable, honest advice. You can park on the car park or on Marshall street itself and the shop is on the corner.

I purchased a pod express from you the delivery was prompt the item was as advertised but I have an issue with storing sounds and it kept switching back to factory settings. I have send a email explaining this and that I would like a full refund . Can’t comment yet as I’ve had no reply .

Item not exactly as expected originally,
due to an unseen (but retrospectively logical) wiring and component change by the previous guitar owner.
My query and complaint was handled swiftly and amicably. Therefore, I am happy that customer satisfaction and fairness is important to Fair Deal Music and overall, that is something I appreciate. It’s a compromise that works both ways.

I would be happy to use them again.
