One of my favourite guitar shops. Friendly, knowledgeable service with a sense of humour, but they will also leave you to browse and play if that's what you prefer.
Fair Deal have a great range of new and pre-owned guitars and amps, including some rarities.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was looking at a used Strat which I tried out but decided against it in the end for cosmetic reasons. An alternative was suggested to me which I bought. It is my preferred colour and has a maple neck and fretboard which is my preference.
The brand I bought is SGOE who I had not heard of before. I am impressed with the materials and build quality of this guitar and the sound quality is very good, also a very reasonable price.
I part exchanged a guitar and although I hoped for a better price was able to negotiate a slightly better deal in the end.
I also bought a gig bag and some recommended Roland headphones to use with my guitar amp,

Experience was anyone could reasonably ask for - good cooms, rapid delivery via DHL, services offered as part of transaction were all actioned, condition as described, price etc - just about perfect.
If there was an issue it would be packaging - although the instrument was double boxed, the inner box was a right rattling fit within the outer.

Best price I could find online and delivered withing 24 hours. Highly recommended

Im a regular customer and fairdeal has never let me down in any way shape or form there service is way above expectation.
I have a problem with one of my strats and I phoned up and was told yes no problem just bring it in and we will look at it and tell you what's wrong. It really was as simple as that so when I get chance or to be honest stop being guitars I will get it sorted out

Excellent customer service. Had a small issue where staff couldn't find the correct tremolo arm for my instrument. The staff hand delivered it to my door once it was found. Above and beyond.

We bought a Yamaha electric piano and stand. Wayne in the keyboard dept. is most helpful and gives fabulous customer service. The staff are knowledgeable and the instruments top quality with a great range of instruments. Demo and playing of the product is offered. Thoroughly recommend the service over internet buying.
