They are a fraud l, bought a hoodie, worst quality, tried to return which costed me extra $49 because it’s to china (international), parcel is lost cause the address is no where to be found. So I have spent $150 and got nothing in return. Scammm
I'd been trying to buy some crockery from this company for weeks, in order to replace some damaged items from my wedding crockery set. I've been unable to speak to anyone, they don't respond to emails and nobody answers the phone, I've tried both methods repeatedly with no success.
I bought my original crockery via John Lewis, so I spoke to them, but they said they have no current contact with Fairmont. The Fairmont website has now been taken down in the last few days, so I can only assume they have ceased trading.
The butter dish I ordered is too big and I wish to return it but it says to contact them first but they don't answer the phone, it just rings for 1 minute and then cuts off and not even an option to leave message. Also I have tried emailing them 10 days days ago and they haven't responded. I have just emailed again today. Paypal tell me they can't help as it's gone over 30 days but the company were closed for 2 weeks over Christmas so very frustrating! Next I will contact my bank to try and get refund as Paypal have advised. Will never purchase from them or any of their products again.
