Great online shopping experience
My order arrived promptly within three weeks. All queries that I made via email regarding shipping by DHL were replied to on the following day by Noah. Overall my experience has been a pleasant one and my Vespa parts are beautiful and of great quality.

”Warning! Do not buy from this shop…” This was the start of my first, rather sour, rewiev as I had to wait over six months for my brake caliper. Which never seems to arrive, or received any refund. But after conversations, it seems that they are doing what they can to find a solution. When it's all done, I'll leave a completely honest review. Have hopes that it can be good. Hopefully I can leave five stars if it is as good as I can wish!

The Brembo 4P callipers are indeed large on the Vespa Sprint rims. But with the Zelioni adapter, they fit perfectly. The only thing that needs to be done (depending on the banjo bolt you use) is to grind of one side of the bolt to make it fit :)
No further modifications are needed. This is also stated in the product description.
We helped you with this via what's app three days in a row just to be sure you would get the fitment right:) But sadly, you did not get the fitment right (offset in your rim, which we can not do much about). You decided to try our CNC rims since these have a deeper cut in the side profile.
We also helped you with this and even gave you a discount + free shipping so that the disappointment of the fitment could be compromised, even though it is not our fault.
However, when we communicated about the rims you wanted, we had some miscommunication. You showed us gloss black rims on the pictures but gave us the code for the matt black rims. We thought you wanted the gloss black ones since all the images showed that version, and you were talking about it several times.
After you gave us the go-ahead, we put the order in our system and sent you a confirmation email with all the details. We always do this so that you can double-check all parts and or address information. Since you had not commented on this, we shipped the rims the next day.
After the shipment arrived, you noticed the rims were gloss black instead of matt black, which led to you contacting us again and is more than evident since you wanted them in matt black.
We can see Alex is still helping you out with this. We hope he can find a solution for you.
We wish you the best of luck with the fantastic setup and the rims that will fit with the Brembo despite the colour you eventually choose 😎.

Slowly but surely…
The processing of the order was carried out within the times indicated in the conditions of sale of FALAN.
But the update of the status of the order in my personal tracking space and the tracking number were delayed in time, resulting in a week of anxiety.
The package was well made and everything corresponded perfectly to my order, with good follow-up from Noah, who seems to be the creator and the only employee of the company...?? ;)
The website deserves to be illustrated by visuals of the team, the stock and the store...to reassure future buyers, who are more than 10,000 km away like me...
45 days to receive my order, via the Dutch and French posts... By FEDEX or DHL, it would have been much faster and easier to follow...
But in result, accessories that you can't find anywhere else, for some...

The National Post can be slow from time to time. Sometimes they deliver it within five days, but it could also be longer. This depends on the two local postal services between The Netherlands and your country. Also, Customs can sometimes be a hassle. But luckily, you received your package all save and sound :)
FedEx or DHL would have been much faster (2-7 workdays).
And yes, Noah helps most of our customers with shipment issues. He is the designated person for this within our company.
