This is an absolute scam. Charged me for a service I never signed up for. Claimed I agreed to T&C's which were not, and still are not, on the page which we enquired on. Received no confirmation emails what so ever, nor T&C's via email - 1 month later get a charge for £50 which they want to charge weekly, again, for something I never signed up for or even knew existed. Contacted them to query and stop this ( Cancel the alleged subscription) only to get advised that they cannot help and the charges will continue until the end of the year, end of story. Now have the banks involved with a chargeback case, and in their defence case they even lied stating we had been using their services for months and had seen great improvements - I never used their services nor their app and they didn't even have access to my Instagram account. Disgusting that such a company is out their functioning in the market and scamming people on a daily basis.

There is no way to cancel your membership, meaning you pay endlessly until you contact your bank

these robbing a..holes need a good seeing too. they are uncontactable and have been STEALING £50 every week out of my 14 year old daughters account. ive tried to get the bank to block them but they keep stealing it the following week . stay away from these thieves!!!

Be warned. There is no way to cancel on the site. They have no contact number and do not respond to emails.
The trial will auto renew and the only way to stop it is to put a stop on your credit card.

Listen... I pleaded with anyone trying to grow their Instagram accounts to stay far away. If I could upload the emails between myself & the company I will. I have asked them to cancel & stop sending their robots to my account. They told me first it’s been terminated THAN she told me I need to send a letter? I’m just not someone that goes well with & I’m definitely getting lawyers & solicitors involved in this because they’re not getting another penny & they WONT stop sending fake accounts to my Instagram account.

They charged me twice for an hour over than 30£ and I blocked my card immediately otherwise they will charge you every 30 min over 15£ everyday

This is 100% a scam.

They won’t let me cancel my subscription. I have emailed them several times to request immediate termination of their services, but instead they send back generic emails and completely ignore the issue to prolong the process and charge for another subscription renewal. They have NOT delivered what they have promised on their website and on top of that, multiple technical issues logging into their system to get things started.

This is the first time I have written a review but I really don’t want another potential consumer scammed.

I am actually rather worried about my information and payment details being misused by this company and have flagged to my bank about some suspicious activities.
