This website is a scam. I have emailed three times asking for a refund because the size was too small and the emails just bounce back, and no response to their online form. It says you get a refund if requested within 14 days but I can’t get through to them so it’s clearly a fraudulent account

Ordered a top in June, money taken from my account instantly. We are now in November and I haven’t received my order. I have since contacted the seller multiple times for a refund with no response and never received any updates on the order apart from one email confirming the order was placed.

No top, no update.

Ordered a top 5th October. No update, tried to use the chat or email just to see if it's progressing after some other negative reviews. No response, no top, no updates, top just stuck on 'order received.' Money taken and probably won't see it again.

So even though I checked the reviews I thought I would try to order. BIG MISTAKE!
The product I got was faulted and stained.
I had to contact the support twice (they don't answer emails, so just go via chat) before I even got an answer. Then I was asked if I wanted a refund or a new shirt and I replied I wanted a new shirt. WHICH I NEVER GOT. It was supposed to be a present which I told them, so I'm just angry.
They also only answer when you tell them you are going to open a case on Paypal btw. Otherwise no response for days.
In the end I even had a full out DISCUSSION with them where they finally admitted that the item IS OUT OF STOCK. I was literally shocked at the level of lies at this point.
Long story short: don't order there.

When I refer to 'they' I literally mean the one person running this website.

I ordered 2 kits the 29th July and the date today is the 24th of September and i have not received my package yet. The chinese tracking site stopped updating the 3rd September telling me there was an error after the package got delivered to the german postal office. No responding from them after numerous of e-mails. 90£ out of the window.

I have placed an order with this company, they have taken payment and have not delivered anything. I suggest that no-one goes anywhere near them. They do not respond to emails, Instagram messages or Twitter messages. Obviously a scam company.

Spent £75 on 2 kits that didn’t arrive (and no comms over email) but they refunded immediately when I reported to PayPal and then they replied on WhatsApp (rather than email).

I received a different shirt than the one I ordered.
To return this wrong shirt, you must request a return address from Fandomkits via e-mail.

Despite several emails, Fandomkits does not respond to anything.

Ordered on may 5th, no progression on shipping data, no response on mail.

Ordered a kids Ajax kit on the 25th May but so far no kit has arrived even though I received the order confirmation email. Tried to contact the so called company requesting an update but nothing back. A waste of time and money.

I placed an order for an adult and a personalised kids top, then spotted some very poor reviews. Once the order had been confirmed after 3 business days, I received tracking ref for both the international carrier and the UK last mile delivery company allowing me to follow the order all the way through to delivery. Package arrived safely and quality seems very good. Customisation on the kids top exactly as I requested!

Shipping takes a while, 12-20 days to Europe, but the tracking is really detailed. One item of my order was the incorrect model, but Fandomkits made an immediate refund after I had made the claim. All good.

I'll be honest

I saw the site and yes it seemed very acceptable to me

I told my t-shirt to come so far, everything is fine

Ofter sending, I went to see the comments on the site and let's say they are mixed opinions

In my point of view, it went well

I received my t-shirt about 3 weeks or 1 month ago

I was a bit skeptical at first, but eventually ordered it anyway. It took 17 days to arrive, but luckily the shirt did arrive. The quality is almost identical to the real shirts. Very happy with it!

SCAM! I purchased a shirt through a Facebook link. Money taken, no email confirmation, no shirt. Nothing. Still awaiting customer service response.
I had previously checked their Trustpilot reviews and they looked OK so I'm here to put that right. This looks like a scam to me.

I have ordered from these twice now and they’ve been amazing. Quality shirt’s and for a reasonable price arrived in perfect condition too I really don’t get why there’s so many bad reviews here 👍🏻

Avoid avoid, you have been warned. Purchased a ‘replica’ shirt, terrible copy so attempted to return for a refund as advertised….. zero response after countless emails, Facebook and messenger. Shocking!

I purchased a chelsea shirt with name and number to replace my damaged shirt.
No.7 KANTE. When it finally arrived I found that the letter 'N' was missing. I have made 5+ attempts to contact fandom kits with no response

when I saw this company I was a bit curious by the lots of bad reviews on it.However I still took the risk.At first I thought the price was too good to be true and I thought I had been scammed.I ordered the AC Milan away shirt and when it arrived the quality was immaculate and very much real.I am extremely happy with my product and I have just bought a PSG tracksuit that hopefully will be coming soon.I think this a fantastic bargain company who I would definitely recommend :)

Fake company. Do not buy from them, they will hold your money for a while until you complain and then refund.
