Slight problem with order.

The quality of the kits are good, but the shipment lasted way too long

I haven’t had any problems with the customer service.
Today, I accidentally ordered something, but it turns out that the cancellation process doesn’t take long.
It was late in the evening when I contacted fandomkits, but it still only took them about 30/40 minutes to refund my money.
They understood my situation without further questions and I am very thankful for that.
I can’t say anything about the product as I never had it in my hands but the customer service was excellent.

Customer service is next to mon-existent! Received my jersey but wanted to return because it was too small. Only problem is that when returning you’re supposed to send them an e-mail which they never respond to… Even tried writing them on FB/Messenger without results. Conclusion: Dont buy since their service sucks and you apparently cannot return if size doesn’t fit (although they promise it)

This seems like a fake website and my money has been taken and I did not receive what was ordered.
I can no longer access the website as the links on the email does not work although my money has been taken and my order has not been received. I booked this on the 12th of April and was told my order was on the way but I can no longer get in touch as my mail was not replied to.

100% fake kit. Bought a real betis kit and the club emblem is slightly rotated and off the centre of the white stripe it should be set in. Shirt comes with no official Spanish Premier liga stickers or tags. 100% definitely a fake.

Never received my order. Even though I was informed it was on its way.

The gear is not authentic despite the website leading you to believe it is.

LE reply to fandomkits: Yeah, I saw the tag. We all know that's not an original tag. I am an Adidas fan and that tag is not authentic. If it's that authentic, I dare you to put detailed photos with the tag in your products in which you can see what is exactly written in it and how many pages it has. Only because it says adidas it doesn't mean it's really Adidas. But, like mentioned before, kudos for this very good fake. I'm really impressed.

The letter printing is poor as you can see the glue behind the letters aswell the badge is slightly at an angle compared to authentic kits. Quality of the material is exceptional.

I recently purchased a new football kit from The Fandomkits and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with the overall experience. The website was easy to navigate, with a wide variety of kits available for all of the major football clubs. The kit I ordered arrived within two weeks and was exactly as advertised. The quality of the materials used was top-notch and I have no doubt that it will hold up well through many games and washings. The customer service was also excellent. I had a question about sizing and the team was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone in need of a new football kit. Five stars

This isn't really a review but I ordered my fc Porto special edition top last Thursday and I don't expect it to be here but I'm doing this review to say I didn't even get an email that my purchase was confirmed or when it's on its way can you please email me to confirm my order.

Couple a weeks ago I ordert a chelsea shirt it arrived verry fast but the logo was printed upside down I got a quick response
From fandomkits and they send a replacement I got it yesterday the shirt is high quality I am verry happy with the service I got on my purchase for Me they are a five star company

Got my order today everything went smoothly communications did go verry good nothing to complain about

Fandomkits was very responsive when my order was a little bit slow to get started on it's way to me. They quickly responded to my requests for help and throughout the shipping process which I really appreciated. The jersey is perfect!

The clothing is one size down of you buying player version size. Name brand products at a much reasonable cost. And shipment is within 7-10 days.
